We stayed at Navutu for 4 nights in December last year. We stayed at the explorer room and a private tuk tuk was included in our room rate throughout our stay, starting from airport pick-up!
We absolutely loved Navutu - it didn't seem like a 5* resort, but rather like a quaint B&B - and I mean that in the best possible way.. The rooms were large and spacious, the decor was fabulous, food was great, the spa treatments were excellent and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Our tuk tuk driver was very helpful and knowledgeable about the complete Angkor Archaeological Park and surrounding areas.

I would definitely recommend staying here, than any standard 5* property in Angkor. Just far enough from the main city, it was an oasis after the long days of temple exploring!

Pleasantly met at the airport for the start of our four night stay at Navutu. Check in process was average as we had to go back to the reception for our bag after waiting 45mins, understandable if they were busy, but were not.
Room was clean and spacious, massive bathroom and well laid out. Very good value for money and well located with a ten minute tuk tuk ride into town.
Relaxing pool area, but service around pool for drinks and food is extremely poor, which was surprising as in the restaurant (same staff) the service was excellent. And after a busy day at the temples, trust me you will want good poolside service!
Went to the spa, and with the therapists speaking next to no English communication was difficult and not sure I actually got what I booked for, but for the price $35US for almost two hours - who cares - and the massage was lovely!
Great hotel, and good value for money - just don't expect 5 star

Room Tip: Try to get a Room behind reception - those down behind the salt water pool can be noisy with constru...

Fantastic place for a tiring trip in the temples. We stayed 2 nights at the Grand tour room. The design is nice and relaxing, and it makes you feel like you are staying in an island ! With white building, one normal swimming pool and a salt water pool, the resort is surrounded with great landscape. It is prefect for couples!

Although a bit far from the town center, they solve this by providing free 12 hour tuk-tuk ride from their hotel, easy for you to go anywhere, and it includes both the temple circuits.

However, the tuk-tuk offer is until 10pm only, any extra hour is USD 2. Any places like the silk farm charge abit more. ( because of the far distance)

The breakfast here was great and generous and we experienced the best Khmer dinner too!

The light pollution is lower here, and we managed to get a clear night sky on our second day and spotted Milky Way on our room rooftop.

Great experience !

Room Tip: go for Grand Tour room if you wish to have big lovely bath tub :)

I booked a hotel through an online deal with a really cheap price. When I arrived, me and my friend was welcome with friendly staffs and the room was really really nice. The way it was designed is connecting to the nature and I love it, open space to environment. The hotel free tuk tuk service is an stunning idea for visiting angkor.

My husband and I only spent one night in a Grand Tourer room in July. The Navutu is a wonderful quiet oasis in Siem Reap approx 8 minutes by tuk tuk from the town centre. A very bumpy road to get there so it is a lovely surprise when you see how beautiful the hotel grounds, restuarant and pools are. The food was delicious and quite reasonably priced but drink prices were probably a bit more expensive than other places in Siem Reap but still much cheaper than Australia. The free tuk tuk was an advantage and very appreciated. I would recommend the Navutu more for couples than families as it is quite a romantic place that other guests may not appreciate children running around. The large bath and shower area were wonderful and the room is very nicely appointed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

This resort was perfect. We had such a wonderful time, we were so well looked after! It was clean and all of the details were taken care of. The service was exceptional, and we were even assigned our own, very excellent, tuk-tuk driver as a part of our room! It as a lovely holiday - I always think my enjoyment of a trip is heavily influenced by the people I meet and I think my time at Navutu (and in Cambodia) was one of my favourite travelling experiences thus far.
Thank you so much.
