I was recommened this place from my friend who has been to Navutu resort in Fiji. For this Navutu in Siem Reap I stayed for 3 days, here is beautiful, Luxurious, spacious rooms, the service was excellent, all staffs are great, friendly and very helpful. there is a free Tuk Tuk service 12hr./days and the driver was very nice, smiling, friendly and honest, we can go around anywhere very convinient. The food was great and Spa also good. If I have a chance to visit Siem Reap again, will definately booked this hotel. :)

My wife and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip to Vietnam and Cambodia.

Reaksmey and her team at Navutu Dreams were all really friendly and helpful prior to and throughout our stay there and Chef Sopheak was great in catering for my wife's vegan diet, as well as being a really nice guy. Kasith, our tuk tuk driver, was a lovely guy too and very helpful and flexible with our tour itinerary.

The resort is lovely, though down a very bumpy dusty track, as described in other reviews. We stayed in one of the Grand Tour rooms, which was really spacious with a nice comfy bed.

The only recommendations we'd make, would be for net curtains/see through blinds in the rooms, to allow privacy when the curtains are opened, a larger safe (as the one there wasn't big enough for an iPad, though they kindly locked ours in a draw in reception) and non slip mats in the giant bath. Re the latter, I had a nasty fall, slipping as I stepped into it, though fortunately I only ended up with a sore and stiff, slightly swollen lower back, which was helped somewhat by a great massage from one of the lovely masseuses there. They also gave me a cushion for the tuk tuk which was helpful. I've never fallen anywhere before, not being very old and having always been fit and sporty, so I was more shocked than anything. Reaksmey was also shocked to hear about it and explained it had never happened before, but that she thought non slip mats might be a good idea.

The breakfasts were excellent each day and the homemade jam was tremendous! We ate in the restaurant on the first evening and one lunchtime and both of those meals were very good too.

The pools are lovely and overall we had a great time there and we'd recommend it to anyone wanting to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. Thanks again!

The service at the hotel was excellent. My sister and I enjoyed the free tuk tuk service(12 hours per day) and visited many attractions at Siem Reap.

The Asian Breakfast special was appetising as well.

I will definitely visit this hotel again!=)

This is the perfect hotel - small and personal feeling with beautiful luxurious, spacious rooms. The two lovely pools are ideal for cooling off after a day of exploring Siem Reap with your very own tuk tuk and driver (free for 12 hours a day for the entire stay). The staff are friendly and helpful and the restaurant is great (brilliant breakfasts!). The free foot massage in a nice touch too :) We would most definitely stay here again if we come back to Siem Reap and would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends (in fact, we already have!).

Great concept and a fantastic, tastefully laid out little resort, friendly people, everything well maintained, nice restaurant, no hitches, pure pleasure! My own tuk-tuk driver, great. Spa: super value and such a treat at the end of a day visiting the temples. Hope to return!

What an amazing experience and wonderful introduction to Siem Reap and Cambodia. we stayed four nights at Navutu Dreams and really wished it could have been longer. Free pick up at the airport and a Tuk Tuk driver for 12 hours a day included Everything was perfect. The room was spacious, comfortable, very clean and beautifully designed. The setting and layout of the resort was perfect - very relaxing with two pools, a great bar, very reasonably priced. great varied and large breakfasts with a choice of Asian or western food. We ate in the restaurant one evening and again wonderful food. Only a few minutes Tuk Tuk drive from town and everything including all the temples very accessible. the staff could not have been more friendly or welcoming both before and during our stay. We decided to go horse riding one day - highly recommended, and the staff arranged and organised this for us at very short notice. Our Tuk Tuk driver, Sopheak was extremely helpful and friendly and always there when needed. Really very difficult to fault anything. Many thanks to Reaksmey and all the staff for providing such a wonderful experience and for all the help, advice and service. We hope we will have the opportunity to stay there again.

Room Tip: Go for the explorer rooms - wonderful

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights.

Positives:

Big spacious room with a king size bed and large double shower bathroom.
Very attractive and well maintained grounds and common areas.
Two swimming pools - one fresh water and the other salt with plenty of sunbeds and towels.
Tuk tuk with driver available 12 hours per day for complimentary travel around the local area.
Fabulous massage and treatment.
Excellent 'sister' restaurant in town with availability to charge back to room.
Very friendly and helpful management and staff.

Negatives:

The air-con. in our room just did not work properly despite being assured that it had been fixed.
Unimpressive dinner in the dining space on our first night and we never went back.
Not much variety in the breakfast offerings.
The last kilometer from town to the resort is a real goat track and we used to dread it.

Overall though, a pleasant experience and would recommend.
