“Magical”
Reviewed 8 May 2014

We have just returned from this magical hotel after attending a wedding. The whole experience was mind blowing.
The hotel is magnificent, I thought I was in paradise. The rooms are very spacious, large bed, sofas, large wet room, toilet was size of small bedroom. Plenty of wardrobe space, dressing area. The rooms are cleaned to a very high standard. The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. The manager Remeskey(apologies if not correct spelling) was highly efficient. She coordinated the wedding arrangements, and was on hand to sort out any problem. The hotel was transformed into a fairy tale location.
There are three swimming pools, small gym, and yoga lessons. You assigned a tik tuk driver for the whole day at no extra expense.
Everyone is so happy at the hotel, there are no sad faces, and the staff go out of there way to help. They speak very good English, and all are very smart in appearance.
There are no bad points, about this establishment. I cannot wait to return.
THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR KINDNESS.

Room Tip: All rooms are to a high standard.

The Navutu has an amazing relaxing and inviting natural enviroment with beautiful and confortable suites spread a lush and manicured garden. you walk around and see colored dragon fly, small crested iguana climbing trees, singing birds and beautiful flowers. It is our second stay here and very sad to be leaving tomorrow, especially now that i can practice Yoga every day in their new Yoga Studio. Food and services continue to be excellent and amazing value for money, already planning trip n 3 .

Room Tip: we love the space of the grand suites rooms.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel and it was our favorite part of our trip. The hotel is super clean and beautiful, nice furniture and design. The food was amazing! Our tuktuk driver, Pross, made our stay very special!!! He was an excellent guide and we are so grateful to have had him as our driver to this amazing place! The yoga lessons were wonderful and the teachers were super good and professional. The breakfast was our favorite part of the day. So many fresh smoothies and fruits. I have nothing bad to say other than we regret not staying there for more days. We can't wait to be back !!

We stayed at Navutu Dreams for 3 nights and could not fault the pick up ,welcome, service and facilities. Rooms are immaculate small pavillons surrounded by lush vegetation, there are 3 pools to choose from and there is a very good pool service . Food served is wonderful and our free tuk tuk was excellent. We had one day detox and truly enjoyed this first time experience for us.
Definitely going back as 3 days is not nearly enough to enjoy Siem Reap and to relax at the
resort. We tried to stay longer , unfortunately they were fully booked , next time we will book well in advance as it is a very popular resort. Staying in Siem Reap now at a different hotel is nowhere near the experience delivered by the fabulous people at Navutu.
This was possibly the better hotel value for money we never stayed in.

Room Tip: Our room was spotless and very comfortable and of very good size.

It has been a week since I left Navutu Dreams and I am still sad about it. What a fabulous place. Yes it is about 10 mins from the CBD but it is an oasis in a sometimes warm, sticky and touristy Siem Reap. The service is outstanding and I thank Reamskey and her team for everything - from knowing my breakfast order to being more than happy to bring drinks, recommend itineraries and organise transport to more off the beaten track destinations. I had the miost divine head massage and would recommend to anyone visiting to treat themselves to this treatment. The food is outstanding, the beer is cold and the cocktails delicious - what more could you ask for! If you are looking for a holiday as well as the opportunity to see one of the world's true treasures in Angkor then this is the place for you!!

I was disappointed staying at the Navutu Dreams, I did not realize nor does their website reflect how far it is from the town of Siem Reap - hence the "free" tuk tuk service. But the problem with this service is it ends at 9pm and then you must pay so if you dine or drink or whatever outside the resort and you will be out after 9pm you have to add that cost on to your trip. As the tuk tuk service doesn't start until 7am, if you want to go to Ankor Wat for sunrise, again you will have to pay for the earlier start. The roads leading into town are red dirt and you are covered in this when travelling by the tuk tuk so wherever you went you arrived dusty and dirty. I also was disappointed to find out it was really a family resort. I have no problem with children but for some strange reason they put the "family/children" pool about two feet away from the restaurant/bar which makes it wet and noisy. The relaxation pool is beside the family suites and has a covered lounge area attached to it. That would have made a better family pool and the covered lounge are should have been put somewhere else on the property. At no time did anyone ever come by you at the pools to see if you wanted a drink or snack which meant you had to go to the restaurant and order. The service was very very slow. The food in restaurant was tasty, portions very small and it is expensive. I was horrified the day I was given uncooked raw chicken satay! I had no problem sending it back but I didn't eat at restaurant again. The drinks were expensive compared to anywhere in town. There was no night life at the hotel. Although you could get a drink at the bar until 11pm there was rarely anyone there. If you are going to operate so far out of town, then put on some entertainment. The room/villa was comfortable and nicely decorated but the washroom area was extremely dark. The deck chairs on the patios of the room/villa were incredibly uncomfortable and the management should think about putting in proper seating so you can sit upright in comfort at the little table provided. A sun umbrella/shade would also be useful if you are facing the full sun side of the resort. The staff were all pleasant and helpful but I wouldn't go back. It is Italian owned and run and I would prefer to give my monies to a Cambodian owner of an hotel and stay closer to the actual town of Siem Reap.

This is the first hotel review that I write, because I want other travellers to know just how great this little resort is.
First of all, the airport pickup was very smooth, we were assigned an excellent tuk tuk driver, which we were very grateful for. Checking in was very fast and the welcome drink was really nice. The reception staff was very polite and sometimes funny, joking around, made us feel very welcomed.
Me and my friend stayed in an Explorer Twin room, which was gorgeous! The room itself is huge with an amazing bathroom, two rainshowers, two vanities and separate toilet. The design of the room was very smart and the big fans on the veranda and bathroom helped a lot in staying cool !
The grounds of the hotel are very well maintained and very green , you don't even remember the red dusty road that it's just few steps away from the hotel. The pools were amazing, the water clean and never too crowded. The restaurant menu was rather short, I would've liked more local options, but the food quality was good and breakfast was nice.
Overall we had a fantastic stay, and would like to thank the staff and tuk tuk driver for being so attentive and helpful!
Hope to be back next year!
