“An tropical oasis!”
Reviewed 7 June 2014 via mobile

I had a very enjoyable stay at the end of my trip in Siem Reap, wonderful staff, great services and the pools were delightful for a morning swim and then an arvo cool off after being out in town! :) I would recommend any one staying in Siem reap for the luxury, rooms and pools this place is one to return to time and time again!

This resort is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap town. Its location is suited for total relaxation for weary travelers after a day of exploring the massive temples. Hats off to the staffs who were simply attentive to all guests staying in the resort. You would be greeted with cold towels upon arrival at the resort and also when you came back from your travels in Siem Reap. We booked into the Grand Tour room, It was huge! You even have the whole balcony upstairs if you decide to use the lounge seats. Other amenities include 3 swimming pools, a gym, yoga studio and spa center. If you're into yoga, there are several sessions for guests to join in. Another plus point is that the resort will assign a tuk-tuk driver for the length of your stay. Simply convenient for guests with no need to figure out your transportation mode when venturing out of the resort. Thank you to all Navutu staffs who made this a great stay for us especially to Mr. Horl, our tuk-tuk driver!

Room Tip: Choose Grand Tour rooms for spaciousness

We loved it here!

3 pools, clean, tidy, well designed rooms with aircon (truly needed as it was very hot!). Service was amazing, they could not do enough to accomodate us here.

I was a bit concerned that we would disturb the other guests, I have quite rowdy boys, but with the three pools spaced apart well, we didn't annoy anyone that and was there for a quiet retreat (well at least I think we didn't!).

We visited many of the temples, sometimes by car for the longer journeys, but mainly by tuk tuk. The drivers were very friendly and helpful and organised by the hotel. We left pretty early on occasions, getting up at 5am to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat and the drivers were always there, ready and waiting. The hotel arranged a breakfast basket for us on these days, which was great, plenty of choice and plenty of food, fruit, bread and a sandwich, eggs etc.

The restaurant at the hotel was very good, again, super friendly and attentive service from all the staff. The kids had some good dishes in there (they can be a bit fussy - won't eat salad unfortunately) as well as there being some local Cambodian choices there too.

The resort also had regular yoga sessions in the morning and evening (I think - I didn't do those) I did have a massage which I thought was very good, although not the cheapest but it was in the hotel so no distance to travel.

The town was quite close, about 10 minutes or less by tuk tuk, many bars and restaurants there of varying quality and cuisine.

I would highly recommend this resort and will go again if I get the chance, with or without the rugrats in tow, after a day travelling around the temples and the town to get back to the resort was truly like a breath of fresh air, fantastic.

Room Tip: We stayed in two rooms, of the smaller type, but the other rooms may be big enough for a family of f...

Stayed here with a friend for four nights in May/ June 2014. Rooms are new and clean (and big), the grounds are immaculate, choice of 3 pools, staff are superb - they try to remember your name (the ladies at reception are lovely), bring you fruit and water when you're by the pool and even pack you a breakfast when you visit Angkor Wat for sunrise (this was ok - BLTs don't travel well!). The yoga class was really good and only $8. We had our own tuk tuk driver - Cassid (or Sid for short) - he was always on time, always smiling, nothing too difficult. On our last day we went back to the temples and he even turned tour guide for a bit, telling us which were the better temples to visit. Only downside of the visit was the English-speaking guide we hired for our first day at Angkor Wat (Paul). Reception organised him for $40 - plus $10 extra for early morning sunrise tour - but his English wasn't very good. He tried really hard and is obviously very knowledgable, but I found him so difficult to understand that it was really frustrating and I just stopped asking questions. Would definitely stay at Navutu again - beautiful spot perfect distance from the craziness of Siem Reap town.

I never got around to writing a review when we stayed there last year in February but now I am catching up on my travels and just have to say that this was one of the highlights of our trip around Cambodia and Thailand. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by the staff with iced towels to refresh ourselves after our ride down a bumpy red soil track! Lovely rooms with beautiful gardens and fab pools, fresh and salt water. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, the girls at the bar and restaurant were a delight! So peaceful, it was a pleasure to return after a day out sightseeing. Fab food at the restaurant, still remember the prawns with pineapple salad starter- lovely. Having a tuk tuk on call for the day was great, which you needed as was a bit out of town, know they were saying that a proper road was going to happen but don't know if it has started. Would LOVE to go back, only problem is there are so many new countries to explore but maybe sometime!

What a beautiful hotel and you will not find better service from the staff.

We stayed in a grand tour room, which was huge and great value for money.
The hotel has three gorgeous pools and the entire complex is perfectly manicured.

The hotel is slightly out of town, however this was no issue as included in your room is a private tuk tuk for the day to take you to the temples, dinner etc... Our driver was fantastic and really friendly, it made our stay so easy allowed us to see a lot in a small space of time (including a sunrise trip to the temple for an extra 6usd)

We only wish we had longer to lounge by the pool, enjoying the delightful cocktails and snacks from the bar.

Been away for 3 weeks and this is the best hotel we have stayed at, what amazing value, highly recommended!!

We stayed here in May 2013.
Our room was lovely and the bed was oh so comfortable. The salt water pool was so refreshing, even when the water was just as warm as the weather. The staff were lovely. We had our own tuk-tuk driver for 12 hours a day, we would just ring reception and ask to be picked up at a specific time and he would come and get us, take us to where we needed to go and he would wait for us while we were shopping, eating etc. He was very lovely and helpful.
I would recommend this place, it is a little expensive and a little out of town so you will need a tuk-tuk to take you right into town, but other than that, A++++ :)

Room Tip: We stayed in the Explorer room
