An amazing grand old hotel, the staff are very friendly with exceptional service.
They go out of their way to make every moment very enjoyable.
The rooms and amenities are all of a modern era and kept with in the tradition of the French Hotel of the 1920s.
The wine list is one of the best I have seen, with food to match.

I would highly recommend a stay here.

We had a very nice visit at this hotel. Service was excellent, food very god but ambiance terrific! It is an old hotel and one feels like you are transported back on time. Room was fine if not old- bathroom was updated with a shower heard but otherwise older. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is so beautiful! The gardens are wonderful and very large. Inside the lobby there is an antique elevator with a wrought iron cage. Our room was so comfortable with an oversize bathroom. They have renovated the rooms to be modern and convenient, but they have kept the beautiful touches from the original structure.

Beautiful hotel well located for the temples. The building itself is beautiful and our room was well appointed, with some old-fashioned but perfectly functional touches. The pool is spectacular and great for cooling down after a day sightseeing. The breakfast is very good, with excellent and friendly service. All the staff in every department were very helpful. We did not eat in the restaurant. The bar is very comfortable. The WiFi works well throughout the hotel and is included in the price.

My husband and I recently visited the Raffles Grand Hotel and I have to say I was beyond impressed. Don't get me wrong, this hotel is not cheap. I was first a little bit taken aback after traveling for a couple of weeks in Vietnam but once spend a few days there it all really seems worth it.

We arranged a car and a fantastic guide through Vandy at the Concierge desk who actually waited for us to arrive and made sure we were settled in our hotel. We arranged fantastic tours including a sunrise view of Angkor Wat which included a wake up call with coffee and biscuits.

I highly suggest taking time to see temples in morning then enjoying the beautiful pool (and some cocktails) then heading back out in the afternoon. I balked at that idea in the beginning but it made seeing the temples very comfortable.

It is pure bliss. Ready yourself that this hotel is not ultra modern but an old style of hotel that rarely seems to exist anymore. Just lovely.

Room Tip: Loved the personality suite we stayed in! They all have great views of the pool and private balconie...

Lovely old style hotel which has been around for years. The staff are exceptionally helpful and courteous. The room wasn't of the largest (I had a pool/garden view) and the style of the hotel may be slighted old fashioned for some - but if you don't like Bakelite switches, cockpen chairs, and ceiling fans, you probably wouldn't be choosing this hotel in the first place. It's pricey to use the facilities, and I found the pool a little soulless. But it's a special sort of place, reminiscent of another era, and has kept up in other ways, sufficient to make it a great place to stay.
