Its not big so I don't want it to be booked out when we go back - and we will. The Victoria Siem Reap is just one of those gems you occasionally find. The atmosphere is magical, someone obsessed with lovely detail sorted out the décor, the food is of a high standard and the staff are all warm and gracious.

Room Tip: 90% of the rooms look into the inner pool and tropical garden area, and you want that peaceful outlo...

We stayed here for three nights in April 2013. This was the low season, i.e. very hot, a fact which our travel agent had not made clear. But we made the best of it by touring the temple sites beginning at 7 a.m. and resting in the hotel in the afternoon. Nice pool, long enough for swimming laps, although the water temp was a little warm. French bistro restaurant was good, the staff is nice and friendly, they gave us a 4 pm checkout as our flight leaving was in the early evening. A couple of days there were afternoon/early evening thunderstorms which sort of took the edge off the heat. The hotel is well maintained, in a central location, had a nice buffet breakfast, and overall I would be happy to go there again.

This hotel is a gem! The spa is also great, not to mention the salted water swimming pool. I felt like an heroine of an Agatha Christie novel: Hercule Poirot smiling at me while drinking tea at the great Explorateur Bar...

Lovely + fantastic + beautiful hotel. We felt safe and well taken care of the very sweet staff. The food was great and the SPA was AMAZING :) The tourguides are really good and they know exactly what to show us. It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel. We were mesmerized by it´s beauty both interior and exterior.

I stayed here with my parents for the first three days of our 'grand tour' of Cambodia and Vietnam.

It, to quote my mother, "surpassed all our expectations". We loved it.

The rooms were delightful. For my taste the bed quite firm! But mum and Dad loved theirs so it's just down to personal preference.

Morning swims in the saltwater pool were refreshing and the poolside service was so attentive to be almost over-the-top - but we quick got used to it!

One of the prettiest hotels we've ever stayed in. Am considering returning with my husband - who missed out!

This hotel was lovely. Circa 1921 and renovated in character. We really enjoyed our three night stay. The old lift was a bit of a trial, but as there were only two floors often chose to walk the stairs. The salt water swimming pool was beautiful. Wonderful staff, always smiling and helpful. Restaurant options from more formal to more informal. Food was great. Would loved to have stayed longer.

Room Tip: We initially had room 101 which was on the road side. Paid an extra $11 per night and had a much ni...

We just had 4 nights at the beautiful Victoria Angkor Resort & Spa and didnt' want to leave. It's an excellent base for visiting Angkor Wat and all the surrounding temples & sights and then back for a freshing swim in the amazing pool. The staff are extremely attentative, the rooms beautiful, food & beverage extremely well priced for a 5 star hotel. If you are travelling with children you have to stay here.
