“Unforgettable!”

Should be on your bucket list. Some places in the world MUST be seen. No words can describe. Only downside - it's hot as hell :D

“There's more to Angkor Wat, go find it for under $20 US!”
Reviewed 24 April 2014

On the standard tourist track you will find the most magnificent temples that provide you amazing photographic moments. But for real peace and uncrowded serenity get a tuktuk driver to take you to the hidden temples in the jungle. They are all named in the lonely planet book. Point them out and go there and be the only one experiencing a grand moment. It's the best and only way to imagine what it was really like before it was covered with tourists. Pay between $12-20 US to a driver for 4-6 hour tour and FIND ONE THAT SPEAKS ENGLISH For an educational trip. The best day I had seeing the temples was alone.

Reviewed 24 April 2014

I had seen pictures of Angkor Wat but they don't really do it justice. we went to this temple at 5.30am to see the sunrise.
I loved this temple.
we took a tour guide and a driver in a tuk tuk.
arranged at the hotel.

“Must not miss”

What a place!! This is such an interesting place with lots to see. Beware there a lot of very steep steps to reach the highest point- not suitable for the unfit!

“TONS of people”
Reviewed 24 April 2014

You almost have to see it, it is really amazing but there are thousands of people...even at sunrise. I recomend getting a guide and going to some of the temples that are NOT on the tourist route but this really is something you should see.
