This place is amazing! It's run by a very nice Khmer family. The cook was trained by an NGO, worked in 5 star hotels and cooks amazing meals for 2-3 dollars.
I love the MANGO SALAD with tofu and cashews. He also makes an amazing VEGETARIAN LOK LAK.
When there are many guest you might have to wait a bit longer for your food, but it's definitely worth it. And when they are not so busy they sometimes make an amazing complimentary desert for you.
