Description: The Hashi Japanese Restaurant at new location in Siem Reap does not only provide new face-lifted facilities with a larger space for private and group dining, but also variety of newly tasteful dishes added in our existing menu and, particularly, diners also enjoy what it's called "Teppanyaki" as we allow our guests to experience of how it feels like to be dining with a real Japanese traditional cuisine.

Simply comment for a simple judgment: the best Japanase Restaurant in town
Not that there is a lot of competition in Siem Reap, but staffs are extremely well trained and pro.
The Chef was trained with actual Japanese Chef abroad, and told us he worked in great restaurants in the Middle East

I would definitely recommend for anyone who want to eat great Japanese food in Cambodia, since sometimes you want a change!

Love their recent creation of Rock'n'roll
Don't like their Soft Shell crab ones (too strong smell)

Thanks for making my day each time I eat at your place!

It's overpriced for Siem reap. It's good food. Fresh and big menu. But your dollar can be stretched more at other places. Nice staff.

This was better Japanese food than I've had in New York, Seattle, DC or Hong Kong. The beef was grilled perfectly, the sushi tender, the drinks as good as NYC. Def best place we ate in siem reap

I tried to embrace the local food in Siem Reap, but honestly I was not a fan of Cambodian cuisine and I needed a change. This place charges tourist prices but does not disappoint -- delicious! My girlfriend and I ordered a sashimi platter for lunch with a marinated tuna appetizer. All of the fish was really fresh. The setting felt Japanese -- I liked the platform seating area (shoes off, of course) -- and the servers were quick and friendly. Location is on one of the main streets and the whole experience had a premium feel. Definitely check out The Hashi if you are looking for "comfort" Japanese food during your visit to Siem Reap!

A second night out in Siem Reap brought us to this really good gem of a Japanese restaurant. Not sure how anyone could complain about finding mayo in this place? The nigiri was really perfect as was our main. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a change from Khmer food which is wonderful generally. You have the option of sitting Japanese style on mats or with a well under the table to allow you sit European style. Staff and ambience really good with great food, give it a try
