Description: The Hashi Japanese Restaurant at new location in Siem Reap does not only provide new face-lifted facilities with a larger space for private and group dining, but also variety of newly tasteful dishes added in our existing menu and, particularly, diners also enjoy what it's called "Teppanyaki" as we allow our guests to experience of how it feels like to be dining with a real Japanese traditional cuisine.

There are lots of dirt-cheap places to eat in Siem Reap; Hashi isn't one of them (by Siem Reap standards). But if you want a night off from the pub-street scene and some amazing food, quality drinks with professional service, this is a good option. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff exceptionally friendly. I sat at the small but comfortable sushi bar and spent the entire time talking to the sushi preparers, letting them guide my choices. The sushi was excellent; the atmosphere adding to the whole experience. Exactly what a good sushi bar should be. Will definitely return on a future visit!

We had a lovely meal at The Hashi. Service was warm and genuine, and the quality of the food very good. The sashimi platter was fresh and nicely presented. The tempura was crisp and light. Is it the best Japanese food - well, no... but still very good and reasonably priced (of course considered expensive by local standards). Well worth a visit if you are looking for a change from the local food. Only drawback was the Japanese style seating which was not the most comfortable - unless you're used to sitting cross legged or on the floor.

Simply comment for a simple judgment: the best Japanase Restaurant in town
Not that there is a lot of competition in Siem Reap, but staffs are extremely well trained and pro.
The Chef was trained with actual Japanese Chef abroad, and told us he worked in great restaurants in the Middle East

I would definitely recommend for anyone who want to eat great Japanese food in Cambodia, since sometimes you want a change!

Love their recent creation of Rock'n'roll
Don't like their Soft Shell crab ones (too strong smell)

Thanks for making my day each time I eat at your place!
