Great location, easy walking distance to markets and entertainment. Boutique style hotel with all facilities for those who like a more personal touch. Great friendly staff. Thanks Ken for a wonderful stay and looking after us so well. Would stay there again.

Room Tip: Just ask for what you want.

Loved staying here, customer service outstanding and staff are so lovely. Rooms are large, clean, modern and so nice to come back to after walking the temples. Location is excellent, only a short walk to Pub St or $1 by tuktuk. My partner had a massage at the hotel and raved about it....best one he's had during our travels around Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam. After a big night out, we spent the day there lounging around the Pool with a staff member always on hand to get you a drink or to order food. Amazing place, definitely recommend it to others and I would love to stay there again. Highlight of our trip

We stayed for 3 nights as part of our Cambodia trip. From start to finish I really can't fault this hotel. We were picked up at the airport and given cold towels and drinks on the short drive. On arrival check in was quick and easy. The room was large and spacious and very comfortable with all the required amenities.
The hotel is really well located, away from the noise of pub street but only a short stroll or 5 mins by tuk tuk.
The staff are more than happy to arrange trips for you to Angkor Wat and the temples either by private taxi or tuk tuk- both very reasonably priced. We preferred the tuk tuk as it is only a short distance. On arrival back at the hotel after a long day at the temples we were greeted with cold towels and such warm smiles!!

The extras we got were fab, free laundry, free 3 course set dinner, free wifi and free airport pick up and drop off!! Amazing for such a great price. Breakfast was included and a great fresh buffet breakfast- lots of choice with literally freshly pressed pineapple juice.
The pool area was lovely, very peaceful with a pool bar.

I had left my camera charger in the last hotel and was trying to source another, the front of house manager went out of his way to help me locate another.

Overall I cannot fault this hotel, OUTSTANDING service at all levels, a must if staying in Siam Reap

We stayed 5 nights at Memoire and we could have easily stayed much longer. Great breakfast, lovely rooms, and the manager Phally was fantastic. The hotel is an easy walk to pub street and they can wasily arrange tuk tuks or cars for longer journeys. Try their fried spring rolls - they're delicious! Will definitely stay here next time we are in town.

Me and my girlfriend book that hotel and if we come back to Siem Reap we will book the same hotel again.

The staff is very nice and they will help you with everything you need.

The location is very convinient, only 10 min walk from pub street, or 1$ by tuktuk.

They offer discount on their own spa.

I used to be the in the hotel business as the Director of Guest Services at a major internationally know 5* hotel. I can say with 100% confidence that I have never been a port of or stayed at a hotel where the staff truly cared about there guest as much as the Memoire. From the moment of the timely airport pick up you can feel the genuine care and comfort each staff member has for their guests. The location is good, room is what you would expect, but it is the service that makes this hotel great. This is one of the best values for money in the world. If you are going to Cambodia, stay here you wont regret it.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel 4 nights at the end of October (end of the rainy season as well).
We landed in Phnom Penh and took a local bus to Siem Reap (it took 8 hours so it is indicated that you take an express bus to Siem Reap even if they are not that often).
Back to the hotel now..
The hotel staff is very polite, they try to come in the expectation of every desire you have. If you are a person that doesn't appreciate too much attention and you don't like to say hello all the time you should take that into consideration.
We booked a suite with breakfast and romantic dinner directly from the hotel's site (very often this is the best choice in term of price).
The dinner was great (at the pool side, candles, great food), only thing that the guy who took care of us at the dinner was a little too chatty and when it;s a romantic dinner you kind of like all the privacy you might get. The dinner was taken care of by a man from reception, very attentive, funny and good English speaker (I cannot remember his name though).
The room was big, clean and nicely decorated, I didn't like the fact that is a little too dark, there is no view from the room (it faces a building), but this was not a great disadvantage cause we left early to the temples and came back late, but if you need a view it's good to know.
The breakfast was very good, fresh juices (try the pineapple, is the best here in Cambodia), enough variety of food, very nice and attentive people at the breakfast room (they fetch drinks for you, brink the soup or the omelet).
In all room prices is included the laundry which is great!! (we needed clean clothes often because is very wet in Cambodia and you change often the clothes you wear).
Another good thing for the hotel is that is very close to the Old Market and the Night Market and when is not raining you can try walking instead of taking the tuk-tuks (btw, all tuk-tuk drivers ask 2$ for a drive not matter how far is the location and my advice will be to say at the beginning that you give him 1$ max).
Also the hotel is near to the Lucky Market so if you need some little things from a supermarket or need a good pharmacy (ucare) is a good place to go.
I also enjoyed the local shop because of their silk products (cheaper that at Artisans dÁngkor and of the same quality, better than what I found in the Old Market).
I must say that I found the price a little too high for the area (90$/room/day/with breakfast and one dinner), but I don't think I would recommend you going to a very cheap hotel because you must take in mind that a 2* or 3* hotel in Asia is maybe not that well facilitated as in Europe and after a day walking around you might need a nice place to crash in.
In the end I recommend this hotel as a good choice for a trip in Siem Reap.

Room Tip: Ask a room not facing the main street and maybe inquire if there are rooms with view.
