To The Management:

Let me start with the bad. I had booked 4 nights at the hotel through Agoda and didn't realize that I had selected the single option instead of the double - My mistake. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that I would have to pay an additional $25 per night and that this was a policy enforced by Agoda. When I stated that the room is big enough and can obviously accommodate 2, they said that the added charges were from Agoda and not something the hotel can change. I have brought this up with Agoda and they pushed the ownership back on the hotel - I don't know who is at fault here. Regardless, if you look at rates on agoda, the difference in fees are generally based on the room types and the charges for the added person does not exceed $5 at best. Secondly, the fees for an extra person to have the free breakfast, although it was great, is certainly not worth the extra $25 a night. For that amount, I could have booked another place. To push this on your customers, at 11 PM, after flying, fully knowing that refunds are out of option and other solutions are probably not in the best interest of your travelers is poor taste and shady business. Needless to say, I paid and tried not to let it ruin our trip.

To Travelers:

Aside from the dodgy ordeal, the stay was enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive and had prepared fruit baskets and cookies in the room. The bathroom was clean, the buffet breakfast was quality with good selection and the amenities were well maintained. The pool is certainly an added plus after a long day in the sun. All day transportation was arranged on short notice for $30 a day and our first guide was quite friendly and fluent in English - second not so fluent :)

The location is about 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the temples and only a 15 minute walk to the busy pub street and the night market. We felt very safe walking around at night and had plenty of food options to pick from.

Based on my initial impression, I wouldn't return based on principle, but that shouldn't stop me from giving the facility a fair rating.

Room Tip: We had a room on the 2nd floor with a balcony :)

This is a little gem. From the pick up at the airport till our departure we were made to feel super special. The staff is so friendly and nothing is a bother. They help you with every request, bookings and suggestions. The pool is nice and very ideal after hours of walking on the temples.
Did not try the restaurant but breakfast is good selection and delicious.
Special thanks to Sochanthy Mao, the assistant guest experience manager. 5 star customer care.
So sad to leave.

Room Tip: Wonderful beds.

This hotel is fantastic. The staff give the warmest of welcomes and will do anything to help you enjoy your stay. The free airport transfers were also a great perk, getting cold towels and offered drinks in the car too was fab. The pool area was lovely and some of the sun beds even had fans above them to help keep you cool. The location of the hotel is really good, it's quiet yet only a short walk to the centre of town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know who is staying in the area.

The Hotel staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. They arranged a car to escort us to and from the airport and arranged trips to Angkor for us. The facilities are excellent and very clean. The hotel is only a few minutes walk to Pub Street and the markets. The pool area is very quiet and relaxing. I would highly recommend staying here.

If you are visiting siem reap for angkor then this is the perfect location. It's also close enough to the night market and pub st to give you variety in the evening. The hotel itself is clean, friendly and the staff are incredibly polite and attentive. Huge beds in the rooms, free wifi and a free laundry service (very useful) all in make this hotel the perfect place to spend your time in siem reap. Special thanks to bunaraa behind the bar at the pool who spent a few evenings chatting to us while fixing cocktails until the wee hours. Great time spent. Will definitely be back, hopefully soon.

My husband and I just returned from several days in Siem Reap. This is a lovely, reasonable hotel with excellent, attentive service, calming and exquisite local decor, wonderful breakfast, good beds and all the comforts. Enjoyed the pool after a day's touring or for a midday break from the heat and humidity.
Excellent mojito by the pool - a good place for light snacks or lunch. We ate dinner once and found it
only ok (soup was not hot). The managers can recommend better local restaurants to visit. Central convenient location.
