Do not stay anywhere else in Siem Reap!
This cozy hotel was perfect for a little weekend getaway. The rooms were modern and affordable, the location could not have been better, the amenities were very nice, and the free breakfast and mini bar were a huge bonus. But the most impressive thing was the hospitality and friendliness of the staff, they made sure that we were always comfortable and happy. Never have I experienced such amazing service before in the world. I will be returning soon with my family to see our new friends again!

I chose this hotel because of the good reviews it received and it's location, which were spot on! walking to pub street is an easy 15 minutes, so the evenings can be a stroll to the markets before heading back to your room.

The hotel provided free pick up and drop off to airport which saves the hassle of trying to find transport to get there.

I fortunately received a free room upgrade from Deluxe to Memoire suite, which I was very happy about! I had a free minibar which was stocked up with water bottles, coke and beer, which was handy for temple visits! I also had free dry cleaning, which quite frankly is essential in Cambodia, because you end up sweating swimming pools!

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful for questions I had about the area and transport. Swimming pool was great for after temple trips, since the heat can take a toll on you! I loved the swinging huts with fans next to the pool, it was the perfect place to relax and read a book.

Breakfast starts 6am, and provided enough of collection to keep you well stuffed for your temple visits.

I would recommend this to hotel to anyone and, especially solo travelers like me!

Very nice hotel located not far from Night Market. As solo traveller I appretiate attentive and really friendly staff, they made me to feel comfortable there. After visiting temples I could relax at swimming pool, do exercise in well equipped gym or to have delicious meal in their restaurant. If I come back to Siem Reap, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

This is really peace of mind vacation. Everything has been provided by the hotel, from arrival till our departure. The service provided by Mr Chan is really beyond my expectation, feeling like a personal friend, which you can entrusted him for everything. They charge 4 star but giving 5 star service. The hotel also provide complimentary laundry service and all the snacks and drinks is on the house! The hotel location is strategic and you can go anywhere conveniently. Shopping mall (Lucky Mall) is next to it and opposite is the dinner buffet with traditional show. Walking distances to lots of restaurants and massage center. I will definitely book this hotel when I return again.

We stayed in one of the suites and had a great time. What the hotel lacked in technical areas was more than made up for with excellent customer service. The staff were very friendly and responded well to difficult requests. They arranged for our tuk tuk driver for 3 days of touring the temples and added all the costs to the hotel bill - which was a very reasonable rate. They have a great pool and bar at the back of the property which made you feel as though you were no where near town. The location is great as you can either walk downtown or pay $2 for a tuk tuk. Next door is a very well equipped Lucky supermarket that stocks a wide range of western products at reasonable prices. We had a very relaxing massage after a day of temple exploring. The breakfasts were good with a wide choice of western or Asian. This is a great hotel small but spacious locally owned and run and the staff were excellent. I highly recommend it.

Room Tip: We were in 408 which is a good sized suite. No view as the wall to the supermarket was right next to...

The Asst. front Office Manager picked us up from the airport and provided us with details about the city that we will need for our stay here and he speaks really good English. The complimentary laundry and minibar was a luxury to have, given the hot weather and the amount of walking we had to do when we visited the temples. We got our laundry back on the same day that we sent them for cleaning. Saves on the amount of clothes you have to pack with you for the trip. The staff also gave good recommendation for massage.

The hotel is located in a great location and is within easy walking to much of Siem Reap's attractions. We both liked staying in the hotel as it is a bit of an oasis in the middle of Siem Reap. I would rate the hotel 4star and the staff 5 star as they are both very friendly and helpful. The hotels tours are prised competitively to other online guides. Would definitely stay here again without any second thoughts
