We booked this Hotel after doing a lot of research and reading the reviews. As we were staying only 2 nites in Siem Reap we thought it was just fine. But what a great surprise that started from the airport pick up. The driver gave us cold peppermint infused towels and a cold bottle of water.
Once we arrived at the Hotel the gave us an upgrade to a bigger room and the nite staff was very helpful.
Breakfast is very complete including local food, and on our last day the staff remembered I was from Colombia and brought me scrambled eggs with Colombia written in ketchup :)
The pool area is also nice and we enjoyed it in the late afternoon after we came back from the Temples.
Close to many restaurants and shopping areas.
Will be back next year!!

It is such a beautiful place to stay while you're in Siem Reap especially the staff with the special mention of Chan Sophanet and Ms. Cammy ya. The staff are so kind, hospitable, smiling, welcoming and are ready to help you in everything you need. Looking forward to be back here again with my family and hopefully with friends.

First time in Cambodia....we arrived at the cute (and tiny;practical) REP Airport. Getting your Tourist Visa is easy...and for kids under 12 even free ;-). The friendly staff from the Memoire d'Angkor were waiting just outside. In their spacious and a/c-ed van we got free softdrinks and cold towels. What a nice welcome! The Assistand Guest Experience Manager Mr. Phasy SUN explained everything and gave us a first private "tour" of Siem Reap on the way to the hotel (just 10 minutes from airport). The hotel is very nice and the rooms spacious and clean. Room 207 has a little less light then 215 and they overlook a roof but hey, you are not here to stay in your room. The hotel is just walking distance from the Old Market, Pub Street and all. Friendly TukTuk Drivers are glad to bring you to all the sights and all.
The hotel offered us free drinks in the minibar and free laundry, the pool is nice (just the pool lounge chairs cushions get way hot in the sun; so take two free pool towels to completely cover them) and the pool water could use a little bit more chlorine ;-) so don't drink it up! We also had a very nice breakfast included in our rate and a turndown service where they give you extra water bottles and little baked goodies. Yummy! And the water saved us some $$ while out in the heat!
Overall a good experience and a good price for what you get. We'll come back!!!

Room Tip: Avoid 207 if you want more daylight. But it's close to elevators and stairs.

From the prompt airport pickup in air-con car (free!) complete with complimentary cold towels and drinks, what better introduction to Siem Reap? The staff are what really makes this hotel - always smiling, welcoming and interested in your stay. They genuinely cannot do enough for you. We have stayed at higher classed hotels but never received the level of service we have received here.

If you are reading other reviews for other hotels save yourself the time and just book this one - you will not be disappointed. Mr Chan deserves a special mention as he will make all your tour and restaurant bookings for you at genuine prices with no commission added. His English is excellent.

Room Tip: We had room 413 and never heard any noise

Wonderful staff helped us to plan our day trips as soon as we arrived so we felt quite organised and ready to make the most of our short visit. The hotel hires its own guides who are very reasonably priced. Our guide was Meas Sopha who was very flexible and went out of his way to show us the real Cambodia. ( A trip to the fishing village of Kompong Phluk was well worth it.) We didn't have to buy water once while we were there because it was given to us during the tours and the hotel provided 2 bottles each per day as well as 2 beers and 2 complimentary soft drinks in the bar fridge. Also, little cakes arrived every afternoon to have with a cuppa in the evening. Airport transfers was an added bonus.

This hotel is made by its staff. The staff is what makes this hotel different than other hotels. I have rarely met so many lovely and friendly people.

First of all there is a free shuttle to and from the airport. And you can enjoy a nice cold free drink during this short ride.

We got an upgrade to a bigger room which was absolutely amazing: clean, beautiful and BIG. It must have been the biggest hotel room Ive ever seen.

The staff is super helpful, they remind everything you tell them and are always interested in you. We booked a tuktuk for two days in Angkor Watt via the hotel. This was perfectly arranged, the tuktuk (from the hotel) was the prettiest tuktuk Ive seen. We also got free water throughout the day. And they dont overcharge everything, this was only 15 dollar a day and you had a private tuktuk driver!

Breakfast is lovely and big! Wide variety of food, love it. The swimmingpool is also very pleasant after a day of walking around in angkor watt.

I hope they will make a tip box at the reception so we can put in a big tip which can be divided between all the staff. Because everyone here is so lovely and friendly!

Booked this last minute after our existing hotel decided to close the swimming pool, we arranged to pay cash and got a room for $52 per night. Check in was painfree and we were told if we were willing to wait half an hour we could get a free upgrade to a suite, we waited! The suite was huge complete with a large swing a dining table twin basins a tub and walk in shower, mini bar and laundry are free along with airport transfers, only downside to the room was that we had no balcony and the bed was very very hard, I ended up sleeping on the swing though my travelling companion found the bed fine. Staff are all very attentive, always running to open doors for you. Breakfast was good iced coffees were lovely. Food at the pool was very nice room service is available and there is a little coffee/cake/icecream shop. We paid for the meal featuring a dance show which was discounted to $15 each, food there was very average as was the perfomance. All in all a wonderful stay with a wonderful room and a sparkling clean lovely pool area, location is very good too. Would not hesitate to stay here again and have advised my brother who is going to Siem Reap this year to change his hotel to this one

Room Tip: Get a suite if you can get a good deal on it
