We stayed for 4 days and Ms. Cammy, Assistant Guest Experience Manager is assisting us for the whole stay. We received reminder to inform them our arrival date as we didn't state it during our booking time and they did pick up us on our arrival date. Cool towel and welcome drink were served to us when we arrived at hotel. Ms. Cammy explained to us the hotel facilities and tour packages offered by hotel. We booked a day trip with tour guide with hotel. The room was very spacious, clean and having big and comfortable bed. The free breakfast buffet was good and we did enjoy 30 minutes free foot massage after our tired one day tour. This hotel also well located and it is just couple of minutes walk to night market. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff were very polite, friendly and will provide assistant whenever we need it.

Just came back from a weekend trip from HCMC to Siem Reap. It started with a very warm welcome at the airport (free pick up) with cold towels and drinks, followed by a very quick check in by Mr. Sun who also organised my trip to see the temples of Angkor within a few minutes: Tuktuk (15$) and official guide (35$ which I asked for by myself, there was no pressure at all to sell something to you as in many other places in Siem Reap). No hassle at all to organise it on your own and still a good deal. The room (Suite, 50qm) was amazing, the whole staff as well. Everyone was so kind and always smiling at you. The pool is quite nice as well - just remember that you are in the city center, so there are house around and of the course the wall of the shopping mall which didnt bother me at all! In fact you have to see it like that: This is a top hotel very close to the city center (walking 5 to 10 minutes to Pubstreet - safe to walk). It is just very conveniet to be able to walk there on your own and therefore I would always prefer this smaller hotel over one of the big chain hotels which are more out of town and therefore you always have to drive! Last but not least: the breakfast was quite good as well, nothing amazing but it feels like more than you pay for.
My weekend ended with my (free) trip back to the airport, safely driven by Mr. Sopheap. To my surprise Mr. Sun joined us as well and was keen to know how my weekend was - I can just truly say amazing! Thank you.

We stayed for 10 days so could judge consistency of service. Phasy Sun, the assistant guest experience manager met every request we threw at him with a smile. Thereafter the pool staff, breakfast staff and the friendly gamelon player made our stay hassle free and thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel is well located next to the only mall in town and a few blocks from Pub Street.

The suites are worth the extra few dollars for extra space and a bath.

I arrived without a booking and spoke with the manager Moa Sochanthy, all of the double rooms were booked, but he was happy to upgrade us to a suite at the same price. The room was very nice and clean, huge comfortable bed and very effective air conditioning. The free breakfast buffet was very good, the pool area is nice, the gym is pretty basic but we didn't spend much time there as all of the markets and pub street are only 1km away. The best part of this hotel were the staff, everyone was so nice and helpful, very polite with good english, the manager seemed to genuinely want to make our holiday as enjoyable as possible.

I just spent three nights at this hotel and they were fantastic. Their service was very reliable. They picked me up from the airport on time; they arranged for an English-speaking guide and a driver for two days who was quite knowledgable about the amazing temples; the breakfast buffet was good as was a dinner buffet with some entertainment with local dancers. In addition, my room was upgraded to a Junior suite that was quite nice with a large claw-foot tub. over all, the staff was very welcoming and hospitable. I highly recommend the hotel and would stay here again. - Linda

My partner and I walked in after finding a deal on-line but not booking it, unfortunately they had just sold the last room they had the deal on, so they offered us a free upgrade to a suite room. The room was beautiful, well kept and spacious with a massive bed. Staff here were always willing to help and Sochanthy Mao was more than amazing. Overall a unforgettable experience. highly recommend this hotel.
