I read a Huffington Post article that recommended this newly renovated place and I am so glad I booked my (three night stay) here.

A very clean, well maintained 4-star hotel, close to the town as well to the Siem Reap temples.
There's an entire tuk-tuk stand right outside the hotel. You can head to the town for just under $2 one way. The staff have an excellent command over English, are helpful with directions and recommendations.

We spent three nights at the Lotus Blanc in May. Our experience at Lotus Blanc began with a free pick-up from the airport in an air conditioned car with a very friendly driver who answered some of our questions about Cambodia. We were greeted by friendly smiles at the front desk and given a room on the second floor of the building. The room was ver spacious, clean, and quiet. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from central Siem Reap. The front desk calls a tuk-tuk if you're wanting to go into the town. The hotel is located on the main road that links the airport to Siem Reap. A tuk-tuk ride into the middle of town should only cost $2-3 USD per trip.

One of the best free hotel breakfasts we experienced during our three weeks in Southeast Asia.

A perfect stay and with a level of hospitality better than in Thailand (known to be one of the best ones). Hotel is very clean and quiet and with a wonderful happy hour for a refreshing stop after visiting for a whole day Angkor Wat. Food at the restaurant is excellent and breakfast second to none. Nothing less than recommend it with the highest marks.
One detail: there was a problem with the reservation of the taxi back to the airport and the hotel manager herself rode us to our destiny on the hotel's car to solve the problem. A First Class service and just a detail to show the involvement of all the people at the hotel to have a pleasant and memorable stay.

Room Tip: Choose one of the rooms facing the inner courtyard. Very nice and quite.

In August last year, we made a family trip to Siem Reap and stayed at Lotus Blanc. Among the many hotel options, I chose Lotus Blanc mainly because it provides free car rides btw the airport and hotel, which is good relief since my flight arrived after midnight and I was not familir to the local transport situations.

The hotel didn't disappoint me. It was not only free transportation but I was impressed by the great hospitality of the staffs. They were very kind and willing to help. During the stay, my second daughter's birthday fell on a day of the week, and the hotel restaurant provided a free chocolate cake with her name decorated. On the departure day, we were offered a late check-out even until 8:00pm so that we could relax before we catch a flight departing at midnight. We enjoyed swimming pool and it is near to the places to see.

Lotus Blanc is a quality hotel for good value and above all great hospitality of the staffs. If I have a chance to go back to Siem Reap, I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

without underplaying the beauty of the building, grounds and location- the staff was hugely accommodating, they had so much to do with the loveliness of our trip to Siem Reap, we couldn't be more grateful. Also, be sure to seek out a Mr. Saveth Tuk Tuk driver (#17) whom they introduced us to. A special thanks to hotel manager Roberto :)

All of the staff were unbelievably supportive and helpful, especially Sam, one of the managers, who actually drove us to the Airport!! They can organise all of your tours and activities-no problem!
The pool is fab with a great happy hour and lunch menu. Food overall was amazing. Breakfast is unbeatable. The fitness centre and spa are decent also.
The location is perfect, 5 mins to town centre by tuk tuk which costs about 2 dollars.
Rooms are lovely and spacious, in traditional Cambodian style.
The only thing that I would mention is that there was construction being carried out on one entire wing of the hotel which was a little disruptive, but only during the day. I assume this will be completed by next high season and will eventually add to the overall hotel experience,
