Training restaurant with beautiful garden very good food and service.
If you eat outside or inside you will be totally pleased.
Thanks again for your warm welcome and beautifull cuisine.
Don't forget to visit the boutique with the best handicraft we saw helping at the same time children to go to school and families to builld their future.
A must : the chocolate cake with passion fruit and pepper ! Just try it out !

“Perfect in every respect”

Great food, very fair prices, lovely simple colorful atmosphere and a very impressive social purpose - training disadvantaged children to work in the hospitality/restaurant world. Only wish that so called 1st world cities such as NY would follow the example of those behind Marum. Bravo!

“Great food, great cause”

Hidden away a little of the beaten track but still just a short tuk tuk ride from many hotels, this contemporary and clean restaurant is well worth a visit. Excellent Cambodian food and very willing staff and trainees. There is both inside and outside dining and a small gift shop.

“People learning”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 31 October 2013 via mobile

Eat at this great little restaurant twice during our stay in Siem Reap. The teachers look after the very keen young students who are learning the tricks of the trade. Food very good, not an extensive menu but lots of local choice. The students take the orders, lay the table and present the food under the eye of the teachers. The students improve their English by taking the orders (by menu number per dish) and interacting with you as guests. Great place for this country with so far to go!

“110% well done”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 October 2013 via mobile

I'm not one to write reviews so I won't try to be technical with this. I only went to Marum tonight to book for tomorrow night, however upon walking in & seeing the staff's beautiful smiles (and noticing it was happy hour) I decided to stay for one cocktail. Three cocktails and an entree later, I was still there on a foodie buzz wishing I could fit in more. I am going back tomorrow for lunch & dinner!
