This guest house stays true to its name 'serenite' a french word for serenity which made my 4 nights stay a peaceful and comfortable one. Both Patrick (Pat) and Iza were not only warm and hospitable but very knowledgeable about the places of interests in Siem Reap.

It was my 1st visit to Siem Reap and the main reason I stayed here was because it was very close to Cuisine Wat Damnak (http://www.cuisinewatdamnak.com/) plus I also took note of very positive reviews from other travelers. Pat also recommended me with a few other superb restaurants in Siem Reap... then I realised my 4 nights stay in Siem Reap was not long enough especially with so many great temples to explore.
My reason for not giving 5*/excellent rating was because of the following 2 small, tiny issues ;) which I never complained about... I guess it was just a matter of attention to detail ;) :-
- The water pressure was a little low so it took a while to fill up the bathtub; and
- Dust in the corners of the room & under the rattan storage drawers.
But then again this is a guest house and not some high-end hotel ;)
Also the location was not the most strategic as the 2 tuk-tuk drivers whom I hired were not familiar with the location.
So for me it was close to perfection! ;)
