Our room was large, clean and cool with nice wooden floor boards. The breakfast was good but not amazing. Service was friendly and helpful. Pool is so good especially after a day at the temples. Not badly located, about 10 min tuk tuk to pub street etc. Restaurant is a bit over priced as are the temple tours they provide, we branched out instead. I would stay here again.
Main complaints are:
- low water pressure
- at night sometimes hot water took 5 mins to come through or 'fire up'
- half the time there were no towels at the pool
- linen seemed clean but had a few stains, especially the bath robes which were gross
- quite a few barking dogs around but seem to hush down at night

We stayed at this little hotel last week. Very clean and comfortable room, friendly and attentive staff under great supervision of Mr. Saron, the new General Manager. When we checked in and waiting for our room, they served us juice, tea and an egg roll while we waited. They also let us check out late since our flight did not leave until 5:30PM. I was going to give them a five rating except at the check out time their credit card machine broke and we had to pay cash or at the last minute be driven to an ATM machine to get cash and that was a spoiler!

We stayed for 5 nights and it was great.. Bed is comfy + very roomy + quiet location.

Breakfast highlights - great Coffee + amazing Noodle soup & omelette made to order.

Hotel Staffs were friendly and helpful and offered great advices. Free tuk tuk was handy. Local supermarket & food/fruit stalls next door. Will definitely stay again!

Room Tip: Second floor has garden views.

Since I forgot to give the staff a tip before I left I will try to make this up by telling everybody how nice I think it was to stay at Angkor Heritage Boutique Hotel.

1. From the beginning the staff took care of you and made you feel special. They greeted you by name every time you came to the front desk. Not many places have that kind of staff. Well done!

2. My experience of Asian hotels is that the cleaning of the rooms is a bit sloppy. But not at this hotel. It was spotless.

3. My wife asked at breakfast if they had pancakes but they didn´t. Next morning you could find it in the breakfast buffé. By the amount they made I think it was just for us. That have never happened to us at other hotels. Thank you!

I would have given you rank "Excellent" if it wasn´t for the broken shower by the pool. We couldn´t comply with your rules that says that you must take a shower before entering the pool.

Keep up the good work guys. I will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends.

I hope my review can make up for the lost tip and maybe generate more customers. You´re worth it.

I booked this hotel because I wanted a local experience rather than a American typical chain hotel. It was one of the best hotels I have stayed, food is delicious, service is so kind and friendly, prices are correct and they have a lot of services available. I would definitely return to this place.

We were 7 in a group who visited Siem Reap last week. I didn't know that this hotel is really new before we came, in fact, it hasn't even turned 1 year yet. The location was perfect, just around 8kms away from Angkor Wat and probably 3-5Kms from the city center. We ran from hotel to the main attraction of the city and took the bike as well on a different time. There are grocery stores around 100m from the hotel and Tuktuks are available right outside the place. The hotel staff were really accommodating, perfect service was provided to us, and most of all, their food were tasty! Their free breakfast was just awesome and even though it's not buffet due to their limited guests probably, it was still enough to keep our stomachs full for the next 4 hours of walking around the temples. I would highly recommend everyone to stay on this hotel and I would love to stay here again if even we visit Siem Reap in the future.

(-) No SPA and fitness center.

Room Tip: Stayed in room 102, which is just a couple of steps away from the swimming pool and bar. Also a few...
