“Great place to stay...good ambience...”
Reviewed 26 December 2013

We reached Seam reap in the afternoon around 12, met our guide Vatai and went straight to the hotel. From the outside it looked small and dosen't look like a hotel but was nice after entering in. We got welcome drink and spring rolls which were very tasty. We came back to hotek after our day tour, we planned for swimming and massage. The lady receptionist Chandaga was good and very attentive.

Well the first thing when we reached to the room was that there was problem with the lock, The key was not getting in and after much effort when it gets in, it was not getting out. I personally struggled a lot with it hence I am reducing it to average. I told the male receptionist but it was not addressed hence a thumbs down for that.

We entered the room and the room was good, wooden theme but elegant. They could have done a bit more but over all a decent room. The pool was good and the guy at the bar was really helpful and very ethical.

After the pool it was time for some massage, me and my wife had a massage and the ladies were great at their work. Had a relaxing time...

We left in the morning after having breakfast.

Room Tip: You can find better hotels but for us it was a good deal at that price....

It is value for money and .... that touch more ..... politeness , friendliness , smiles , attention ...

Room Tip: All rooms appear to be same ; personally i love the first floor due to the spacious balconies they h...

The service was excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone going to Siem Reap and looking for an affordable luxury hotel. The rooms and hotel where very clean and we'll kept. The food was good but not great. The breakfast was very good with made to order omelettes and pho soup. The best thing about this stay was the staff and service. We would definitely return.

we stayed 2 nites
everything was excellent
the hotel manager went out of his way to help us plan and reserve the rest of our trip in Cambodia
as we only reserved this hotel
they also arranged for local tours etc
we really enjoyed the hospitality and the excellent level of service
bathing in the swimming pool at sun rise and sun set was a must

Our room was large, clean and cool with nice wooden floor boards. The breakfast was good but not amazing. Service was friendly and helpful. Pool is so good especially after a day at the temples. Not badly located, about 10 min tuk tuk to pub street etc. Restaurant is a bit over priced as are the temple tours they provide, we branched out instead. I would stay here again.
Main complaints are:
- low water pressure
- at night sometimes hot water took 5 mins to come through or 'fire up'
- half the time there were no towels at the pool
- linen seemed clean but had a few stains, especially the bath robes which were gross
- quite a few barking dogs around but seem to hush down at night

We stayed at this little hotel last week. Very clean and comfortable room, friendly and attentive staff under great supervision of Mr. Saron, the new General Manager. When we checked in and waiting for our room, they served us juice, tea and an egg roll while we waited. They also let us check out late since our flight did not leave until 5:30PM. I was going to give them a five rating except at the check out time their credit card machine broke and we had to pay cash or at the last minute be driven to an ATM machine to get cash and that was a spoiler!

We stayed for 5 nights and it was great.. Bed is comfy + very roomy + quiet location.

Breakfast highlights - great Coffee + amazing Noodle soup & omelette made to order.

Hotel Staffs were friendly and helpful and offered great advices. Free tuk tuk was handy. Local supermarket & food/fruit stalls next door. Will definitely stay again!

Room Tip: Second floor has garden views.
