We stayed almost one weekend at the Angkor Heritage Hotel (it is not really a Boutique Hotel...) and we had a very pleasant stay. We had to change room after our first night as it was located next to the staircase and too noisy. We were instantly moved to another room, very quiet.
Hotel is 100m far from the main street going to center but you won't hear the traffic. It takes only a few minutes to go to the center with a tuk-tuk. The service is very good and so was the breakfast. Rooms were clean and nice (could have been better but we were very happy for that price). There was free wifi in the common areas as advertised. We didn't stay at the hotel for diner so I can't review it but I strongly suggest a visit at the Chanrey Tree.More
