Nice hotel, nice people, nice room. Everything is perfect. Sure to stay next time! Give us flower decoration in the room, it's a really big surprise! Also, the price is reasonable. Location is a bit far from the old market, but transportation is convenient , most importantly is the hotel is very quiet, very excellent for a leisure vocation.

Room Tip: All rooms are big and nice.

My friend and I arrived at the airport and met You Tevorn, who was waiting for us with the tuk tuk driver that brought us to the hotel. We immediately felt comfortable and became friends with this girl that suggested so many places to visit and brought us around the city. When we arrived at the hotel we have been received with big smiles and with the whole staff's attention. The director and the employees have always been so polite and available: they suggested the best things to do in two days in Siem Reap and helped us organizing and booking them. The hotel is 5 minutes to the centre of Siem Reap by tuk tuk, it's a lovely structure, the most beautiful that we've seen during 9 days in Cambodia, it has a family and relaxing environment, that makes an unique atmosphere. Our room was a double bedroom with a deck full of plants, it was simply great: big, cleaned, decorated in a perfect Cambodian style and with all the confort you can need. In the evening we swim in the beautiful swimming pull (that was much better than the picture we saw on the website). The next morning we had a huge breakfast, it was really good and well presented. What can I say..it has been an amazing place to relax and enjoy, to gladly return after visiting all the temples and to feel the cambodian tradition!! We will never forget this hotel!

We had the chance to stay at this hotel during 2 nights and we really did not want to leave! Believe me if I say that it was sad to say goodby.

Hotel: it has a great layout with several floors and a reception area together with dining/breakfat place. You will be greated upon arrival and acompanied to your room after a brief and easy check-in. The hotel has everything to make a comfortable stay, you have swimming pool, onsite restaurant or the possibility to enjoy a massage onsite.

Bedroom: big and airy bedroom with powerfull WiFi, cable tv, comfy bed and a desk to write or read on. Also a safe & minibar available. Bathroom is great with bathtub and shower ... airdryer & ammenities are included also.

Location: not in walking distance to the famous pub street but you have tuktuk drivers available onsite 24/7 to take you for next to nothing (3$ one way). This makes it a perfect place to rest without the noise of the city center. Also hotel can arrange for you rides to Angkor Wat & other temples.

Staff: very very polite with good english level. All willing to help you at any time.

All in all ... affordable place to stay in Siem Reap, would stay here with no doubt at all!

Room Tip: First floor bedrooms will give you a great view of the pool side terrace.

Nice and comfortable hotel, located a little bit away from Pub Street, but it only takes 10 minutes by tuk tuk.
The hotel service staff is very attentive and helpful.
The rooms are large and spacious; with a full bath, king-size beds and decorated with style. A big plus is the 32-inch flat TV which has a usb input. This allows you to watch your movies comfortably.
The only problem we had is that there was no hot water during our stay, due to the deposits were being changed. When we questioned the manager, we were compensated with a complimentary dinner for two, massage for two hours and a couple of beers. This shows that despite the drawbacks, they do everything in their power to please the guests.
I encourage everyone who stays in this hotel to ask for a card to take tuk tuks from the city, as there is another hotel with a very similar name.
I've enjoyed very much my stay in this beautiful hotel and I would recomend it.

The price is very affordable, the room is big and cozy... All three of us love staying here, service was great, and the stuff were friendly and helpful! Hotel provided us free breakfast which has varieties of food and tasted delicious! The hotel located 5 minutes away from pub street and night market if travelling with tuk tuk... The experience of staying here is more than expected, we will definitely come back to stay here...

This is my second review of the hotel in just under 4 months. I stayed with my husband and young family in April, and we loved the hotel (and Siem Reap) so much we returned last week with a friend to show him around. Both trips we stayed for just over a week, and there is nowhere else in Siem Reap I would want to stay. If you are looking for beautiful spacious rooms, furnished "colonial style", lovely grounds with a pool surrounded by fruit trees and orchids, a good hotel restaurant, value for money and most importantly, kind and gracious hosts, this is your place. I can personally now say it is equally good with a family as it is for adult friends having a break away.

It is located a little away from the town centre if you are looking for any nightlife, shopping, etc, but the hotel will make sure you have a driver to support your comings and goings - and my husband and our friend travelling with us enjoyed the drive into town anyway, going past the local market especially. Our driver was Mr Sokkea, who arranged with us transport every day - whether to temples, local attractions, or just into town and back. His English is extremely good. My kids still ask about him from our trip in April, we recommend you seek his services if he's available! The hotel will also arrange transport to and from the hotel for you, thank you again to Mr Saron for your help. If you are returning from town with a different driver though, make sure to be clear about the hotel name and location, there is another hotel with almost the same name closer to town and a few times we were taken there by mistake. If you are clear that this hotel is by the local market though, that will help

Aside from the beautiful rooms though, my main reason to recommend this hotel is the staff. Between both trips, we were not made to feel just like valued guests, but friends. I know that sounds like a travellers cliché, but in this case it is the literal truth. Every morning would start with a kind and personal greeting from Miss Chandara (sorry if I did not spell correctly!) and Mr Hear Ren, who remembered always to ask after our children from the last trip. The only thing nicer at breakfast than Miss Dara's smile is the soup she makes for me. Our friends at the hotel organised one particular day trip for us in the local countryside, which we will always remember - thank you especially to Mr Norin, Mr Vattana, and Mr Sokkea for sharing that wonderful day!

We did not personally experience any confusion or inconvenience on either of our stays with this hotel, but I did happen to overhear some guests who had and were complaining (I think the hot water was out for one day). I mention this only because I also witnessed the lengths the assistant manager Mr Norin then went to not only address the problem, but offer some compensation for the inconvenience. Travellers, if any inconvenience happens to occur to you in Siem Reap, remember you did not choose to visit London, Sydney or New York, and try to deal with it as graciously as these wonderful professional staff do.

Now, I am just counting the days til our *next* visit back :)

Room Tip: Ask for a ground floor if you have any mobility issues or just want more direct access to the pool...

Family of 5 stayed there with top notch service. Highly recommend this place. The staff was the highlight of our East Asia adventure. We even hit the massage table which was perfect end to a long day of temples. The kids loved the pool and playing soccer with the staff!
