Kiri Boutique is a quite hotel, surrounded by vegetation, with a very nice pool and confortable rooms, all with pool view. We liked it a lot because of the grace of its furniture and environment, the kindness and availability of the manager, the friendly and smiling staff (even if not always speaking/understanding English). Location is just a few minutes out of city center (the hotel offers the tuk tuk service to go, you have only to pay to come back, about 2$). We could define it "great". Only to notice not excellent breakfast and a very nice terrace restaurant not well exploited. We paid 55$ per night: reading other reviews it seems there was room for bargaining.

Room Tip: Rooms at 2nd floor give you some more privacy

The hôtel is very recent, everything is clean, the staff is very pro And friendly. The director And the staff are all the time available. They organize for us the Angkor Vat tour And we got a tuktuk And a perfect guide at a very low price.
The swimming pool is perfect.
I recommand this hôtel instead of other hotel located in the center which is noisy.
All transfert in the center And AirPort are free.

A beautiful boutique hotel that my family and I stayed at for three nights. First of all, my biggest pet peeve is cleanliness when it comes to hotels (and for many out there, I'm sure), and Kiri was spic and span, thank goodness!! For the price we paid, we were definitely expecting much less than we got, for about USD30 a night, we got a spacious, clean room with all the bath amenities you need, free airport transfer to and fro, free tuk tuk rides on all outgoing trips, and breakfast was included (I urge you to try the fried noodles, IT WAS AWESOME. Had two huge plates at each breakfast :D ). Also, the salt water pool is beautiful & clean, you can tan round the pool & even order in massage therapists for foot reflexology by the pool ( USD9 for a whole hour/ you can also get your massages done in the privacy of your room). The customer service was tiptop, Mr Kim San, the owner, and his staff were very accommodating and always in a friendly & pleasant mood. Mr KIm San is always up and around to chit chat and help hotel guests with any requests; very hands on management here, which is great!
Location wise, the hotel is about 7 minutes out of the centre of town/pub street/old market by tuk tuk, free rides out as mentioned, and you don't pay more than USD3 for a ride back. (Just haggle your way like you would at the markets!) The good thing about this location is that you don't get the hustle and bustle at night, you can sleep in peace and quiet. We'll definitely be back soon!! "AU KUN TOM TOM" to Mr Kim San & the rest of the amazing staff at Kiri! :)

We recently stayed at the Kiri Boutique Hotel for 4 nights and would definitely return to this hotel. We booked the accommodation through wotif.com and stayed in a Deluxe King Bed room on the 2nd Floor. Our room rate was approx US$38 per night which included a free pick up from the airport in the Hotel's tuk tuk which was a lovely way to arrive. Our room was huge and very comfortable and the balcony with table and chairs out the front of the room overlooking the pool was a nice place to relax. Upon check in we were greeted by the manager Kim San and from the time we checked in to our check out on the final day Kim San and his staff were excellent - very friendly, attentive and welcoming. As we were staying in the wet season and the weather was very hot and steamy the saltwater pool in the middle of the complex was lovely to cool off in especially after a morning of trekking around the temples. Whilst the hotel is located slightly out of town (not a walkable distance) they do provide a free one way tuk tuk service into town and Kim San advised us a return tuk tuk to the Hotel should be about US$1-2 (slightly more if there is more than 2 people). I would advise taking a hotel business card with you if you do go into town as many of the tuk tuk drivers were not sure where the hotel was located and there is a map of the hotel on the back of the business cards. The meals and drinks served in the restaurant and pool side bar were excellent however the breakfast options were a bit limited (not too fussed as breakfast was included in our room rate). Kim San is very open to feedback and improvements they can make to the Hotel in the future and was quick to point out they are aware of the issue in the showers (drain is too small to drain away all the water and takes a while to completely drain away.) They also spray the hotel for mosquitoes several times a month which certainly kept them at bay for most of our stay although with no flyscreen over the doors to the rooms you do need to keep the glass sliding doors to your room shut. Overall this hotel was excellent value for money, very quite location, terrific staff and we will definitely return in the future. Thank you Kim San and staff.

Room Tip: As there is no lift if you have troubles with stairs request a room on the ground floor.

Kim San and his staff are great. We have two kids and stayed in a family room - two rooms with a connecting door. Plenty of space for our family of four. Best maintained pool we have seen. Clear water all the way to the bottom. I can't speak too highly of Kim San - the owner. On the job - all the time making our life easier.

Because this hotel is slightly out of town (a ten minute ride to Pub Street), it is quieter. The owner provides FREE tuk tuk service to town. He provides HIS personal cell phone number to call for a pick up.
