“My kids love this hotel and I want to come back again!!”
Reviewed 14 August 2013

First impression was a lovely chic Cambodian style hotel. The staffs greed us everywhere from the bell men to the housekeepers. We feel welcome n important. The restaurant was marvelous, foods were delicious and I LOVE the breakfast! Many choices to pick and my children love their mini bakery! We stayed in a family room with a large living room and a big balcony. The pool was comfy and convenient for my 3 and 4 years old girls. I love their spa, I highly recommend ! Love their bed too, can't resist the comfiness after a long tour at Angkor temples. They even book an ELEPHANT ride for us! Location is excellent for me because I don't like too many noises and very easy to get to everywhere. Thank you to SAEM Siem reap hotel for making our holiday a meaningful one. We will see you again soon.

I booked for 2 nights and end up stayed for 8 nights that says all. Great service, extended breakfast buffet both western and easter are delicious. Bed is comfortable and room with good view of the salt water pool. The garden around the pool is always well taken care of with nice smell. The spa is good value compare to other high end spa in Siem Reap, before treatment, the staff put a tray of Ginger, Lemongrass and other herb in the steam room that transfer the steam into a very refreshing and healing experience, followed by the pressing massage in a room that is very well decorated, beautiful music and great aromatherapy which is the best I had in Siem Reap ( i tried several high end spas in Siem Reap). However, if you insist to be close to center which is a little bit off the center. Because it is a new hotel, not many drivers know it, so make sure you bring the hotel card with you or at least the phone number of the hotel.

Room Tip: i had a beautiful room at the 1st floor which is easy to get to the pool, restaurant and other facil...

Stayed there for two nights and had a great stay! Staff is very attentive and friendly and taking care of your every need (even the ones I didn't know I had!!). It's low season so perhaps a bit too attentive, but that's all good. Breakfast was good and hotel architecture is beautiful! Close to the city center (2$ tuk tuk ride) and the temples but as its fairly new, some of the tuk tuk drivers don't exactly know where it is so ask before getting on. Rooms are comfortable and quiet and facilities (pool and gym) are fine. Recommend this place to anyone!

We are so thankful we found this lovely hotel for our first visit to Siem Reap. We were greeted at airport by driver and very friendly staff member, who took us past Angkor Wat and gave us good information about the area. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool. All staff were extremely friendly and made us feel so special. We booked a one day tour thru the hotel and it was a wonderful experience! We will definitely stay again!

The hotel is an amazing piece of architecture with its darkwooden design and furniture. The staff speaks English and when we arrived we immediately got some wet towels for refreshment. The restaurant situated in the hotel offers top quality food and roomservice is extremely fast. Tip: the hotel also offers various kinds of cars for rent to visit the temples and waterfalls.

Stayed with family in this hotel,July 2013. The hotel is quite new, has good facilities - good size pool, gym, spa and restaurant. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet; the food offered was of high quality, reasonably priced, with good variety; and the hotel staff are wonderfully helpful and accommodating. It is less expensive than some boutique hotels - with better facilities. It is a little off the beaten track and so new that its location is not well known - would simply recommend that the address is also provided in Khmer on the website so this can be shared with tuk tuk drivers etc.
