No words describe how excellent I've got from here. I got upgrade to Room Access that very huge size, nice decorations in room. A little chair set is so cute, I took time to sit there, having lunch while see guest's family enjoyed swimming there... All staffs are well trained, feel deeply service mind in their hearts. Due to my health condition, I spent adjust time in hotel and had meal inside. Very tasty and reasonable price. The 2nd day, I have power enough to sight seeing! The Concierge was very helpful, Due to Solo Traveller, I no have much time, so he offered me to take half day free tour. Driver even cannot communicates in English well, but he is so polite and warm service! What's a pity I stayed just 2 nights... Too short, coz I already fall in love in Siem Reap City, People, and off course this place Saem Siemreap!

We visited the Saem 2nd week in October just at the tail end of the floods and we wondered what we had let oursleves in for, most of the roads were flooded including the road leading up the hotel, most of our fears were alleviated once we arrived at the hotel and were met by some amazingly nice hotel staff, we were given a cold drink and check in was very quick, our room was on the ground floor a few meters away from the pool, the room like the rest of the hotel was immaculate, there was always a taxi or tuc tuc outside of the hotel to take you into town for a couple of dollars, special hello to Mr 18 our tuc tuc driver who ferried us about all day and big hello to Sohung lath what an asset to the hotel, we stayed 2 nights and would have liked to have stayed longer, an amazing oasis, highly recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this newly built hotel. A very comfortable room (although the picture window between bedroom and bathroom was a bit strange (a blind in place to preserve modesty - then again, we've been married for 42 years so it wasn't an issue) - thankfully the toilet (and shower) was in a rear room ;)
Breakfast was excellent. Western and Asian food available, very fresh and of high quality. I loved the way they made torpedo shaped omellettes and it will be my chosen method henceforth.
We booked the hotel driver for our temple tours and the hotel organised our guide for us. A bit more expensive than other ways of doing things but we welcomed the air conditioned car, cold towels etc as well as benefiting from a well informed guide - so much better than being in a larger group. It is a tuk-tuk ride from the centre but its a fun journey and there are always hotel tt drivers available - $2 into town, $5 for a return journey where drivers wait for you at an agreed spot - 2-3 hrs not unusual but they seem to prefer the guaranteed fare.
The staff were very friendly and I particularly liked the greeting 'Welcome home' when we returned after a long day out - it really did feel like a home from home.
Internet connection available, both wi-fi and two desktop computers at reception linked to a printer. We would definitely return should we visit Siem Reap again.

Room Tip: We had one of the ground floor cabana rooms at poolside. Very good and easily accessible.

When I booked the Saem there were very few reviews of the hotel available so I was a little nervous but to say I wasn't disappointed is an understatement. We were warmly greeted at the airport (included in the cost of the room) by a driver and a host, helped into an air conditioned car, offered a cold towel and taken to an oasis hidden in the back streets. We cannot speak more highly of the service, the size and cleanliness of the room and the hotel generally. Nothing was too much trouble and a couple of little issues that we had were dealt with promptly and positively.

We stayed in a cabana room - king size bed very comfortable, separate bath and shower, private balcony onto the pool - very nice. Although our room was on the ground floor we did notice that the hotel has a lift - many of the older hotels don't which can be difficult, particularly for more mature travellers. Breakfast was included and was excellent. 5 star service and 4 star accommodation with 3 star prices - we will definitely be back!

I guess I can't use the word amazing enough. This hotel is a new one; so please arrange for pickup from airport (Free) w/ the hotel or at least make sure you have an address written down to show the taxi driver.
I stayed here in october 2013 and had the best stay ever. Got a great deal off a hotel website and checked out the reviews, seeing that they were good, decided to book here. This hotel exceeded my expectations.
The rooms are excellent, the place is extremely clean and this place might have the best, most friendliest staff that I have ever had the pleasure to stay with. They really made me feel like I was at home. The spa was great. The best kept secret thus far is the restaurant. After a day of temple running, we didn't feel like heading out and just wanted to stay in. So we ordered the room service (very reasonable prices) and were impressed enough with the food that we decided to order room service the next day too.
I must stretch a special thank you to the Front Desk supervisor - Mr. Sor Sopheap for finding us a medical clinic, quickly and efficiently, for a quick medical visit. He was really great, as was the rest of the staff. I really look forward to staying here again.

We stayed here for one night. Spacious room, lovely environment and staff that are extremely warm and welcoming. There is a beautful pool surrounded by flowers and the balconies. We enjoyed both breakfast and lunch here. The Angkor fish curry was delicious and was served in a coconut.

Had a great time at Seam Siem Reap hotel. Its a new property so some tuk tuk drivers might have difficulty in finding the place. But its not a big problem. The hotel was clean and staff absolutely amazing. Breakfast was great and was included in the rate. Were picked up and dropped at the airport. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend.
