We stayed 5 nights at this beautifull hotel it is a new hotel very clean and modern nice pool excellent breakfast with lot of choices. But what make this hotel unique is the staff from the concierge to the reception to the restaurant and the cleaning employees there all so nice and always want to make sure that we are happy. Also I want to mention the good work of the pool attendent Mr.Phal Sophea who is a very dedicated employe always a steep head to please you. We had the same tuk tuk driver from the hotel is name is Mr Socheath number 2 he drive staffely very polite and extremly honest. Do not hesited to book this hotel for us it is a 5 star plus the pick up at the airport is free. We will come back fore sure.

When we arrived at the airport, we were picked up by the hotel staffs. Mr.Pheap, who was our personal advisor, also came to pick us up and greet us by hotel van. They had prepared ice cold water bottles and fresh cold towels for us to enjoy on the ride to the hotel. They also served us delicios fresh fruit juice when we arrived at the hotel. Our personal advisor Mr.Pheap was a very nice and friendly gentleman. He was in charge of all of our check-in and check-out processes. He gave us lots of informations about the area for us to get familiar. We asked Mr.Pheap to recommand us some local dishes and we tried one of the dishes called Amok and it was delicious!! Thank you! =). The staffs were all very friendly, kind and welcoming.

We stayed at the deluxe pool view room for 5 nights. The room was always neatly organized and cleaned. The pool side view from the balcony was very nice. It was perfect room for 2 people. The air conditioning worked great. Wi-fi connection was also great. We really enjoyed eveything about the hotel. We were in the pool whenever we had a chance to and one of the best things we enjoyed was the breakfast. Very delicious and various choices of food, Western and Asian, and the best menu for us was the Cambodian noodle soup they served every morning. You can choose the type of noodles you want and the ingrediants, such as vegetables and seasonings. I think we had it every morning. =p. We also ordered room service about 2 times and it was also delicious and satisfying. After spending 5 nights, our plan was to go visit other parts of Cambodia and come back to Siem Reap the day before we depart from Cambodia. We were going to stay one more night here at Saem, but we enjoyed so much staying here that we changed our plan and came back a day in advance to stay 2 nights before we leave. This time we stayed at cabana premier room since we were staying just 2 nights. There was more than enough room for 2 people. The room had separate shower and tub. The swimming pool was right in front of our room since cabana rooms were all located on the first floor. We were in the pool most of the time the second time we stayed.

The hotel was also not far from pub street and the market places. Takes about 10 minutes or less by tuk tuk. We used tuk tuks as our transportation method. There were Saem Hotel tuk tuk drivers always ready to take the tourists out. They do not overcharge. They are only 2 dollars a ride to pub street and nearby places. We were lucky to meet one of the Saem Hotel tuk tuk drivers Mr.Rachhun, who was very friendly, kind and honest. He gave us lots of useful and
specific information about the area. We actually asked for Mr.Rachhun's tuk tuk to go on all day trips like to Angkor Wat Temples and other tourist spots. On those all day trips he would also show and tell us about other tourist spots nearby that we don't really know about and are not well known. Thanks to Mr.Rachhan, we really got our time and moneys worth. We used Mr.Rachhun's tuk tuk most of the time to go out to the pub street or the market places while we were in Siem Reap.

On our last day, we were dropped off at the airport and like the first day we were picked up they prepared ice cold water bottles and fresh cold towels. Mr.Pheap also came to say goodbye. Great service til' the end.

We really enjoyed staying. We had very calm and relaxing time there. Most of all, all the staff's kind and caring services made it even better. Thank you! We really can't wait to go back!

We were in Cambodia for 3 days prior to going to Vietnam and were placed in Saem Siemreap hotel by our tour company.

This hotel is fantastic! The staff are fantastic! The pool is fantastic! The cocktails (and food) were fantastic! The rooms are fantastic! The Spa was fantastic!

Even though we were out of town, the tuk tuk was only $2. The road is dirt (as others have said) however it didn't make a difference to us.

If you are after loud party's then this place isn't for you. We loved how quiet it was - infact my children were probably the noisy ones there! We organised a transfer from the airport through the tour company and paid a small fortune for it. We found out later that hotel offers free pickup. After Vietnam we returned to Saem Siem Reap and while we had the same transfer organised, Mr Sor walked up to us at the airport and welcomed us back! I love this place and I will return when I come back to Cambodia.

We were met at the airport by Mr Sor and Mr Tan, bearing cold water and freshen-up towels. Mr Sor told us he'd be our personal advisor during our stay and nothing would be too much trouble. Our room rate included this airport transfer, as we booked with Agoda, and I would recommend you do the same, as the airport is a little hectic.

Our party included my partner and I, and a friend. We'd booked for 2 separate doubles, but Mr Sor gave us the option to have a big family 'apartment' - this was perfect as we had a balcony, big living room - and the bedrooms were large. Thanks Mr Sor for the upgrade! The rooms were very comfortable, with a powerful shower and a lovely comfy bed.

There's a lovely pool at the hotel, a gym and a spa. We had facials and massages at the spa which were lovely, and Mr Sor sorted out a 30% discount for us as residents. The only bad thing about the pool, were the Chinese tourists smoking poolside. Everyone around the pool, apart from the smokers, seemed aggrieved by the smell, but they only stayed for 20 minutes or so. Maybe Saem Siem Reap could lead the way in Cambodia by introducing smoke-free zones? It was only a minor thing though.

Breakfast was gorgeous, with a massive selection. The lady who was on the pancake station is amazing at crepes and American-style pancakes - topped with syrup, banana and peanut butter!

Mr Sor also sorted us out a trip to Angkor Wat at sunrise, which was amazing. And then a whole day tour with driver around the main temples. Although Mr Paul is a Government guide and not with Saem Siem Reap, ask Mr Sor if he can request Mr Paul as your guide as he was world class!

Thanks so much for a wonderful stay and we'll definitely be back.

I enjoyed this hotel immensely for my 2 night stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only area for improvement is the wifi signal. The signal was weak and slow and I was unable to stream netflix.

From the moment we were picked up at arrivals until we were dropped off I cannot express enough how much I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were so courteous and went out of their way to help us. I booked a cabana room which was literally 5 steps to the swimming pool. The room itself was fantastic value.Plenty of space for 2 people, separate bath and shower rooms, AC unit was quiet and worked a treat.Breakfast was better than average, catering for both westerners and Asians. We ordered room service a couple of times and the food was delicious and resonably priced. All transport to our tours and the tuk tuks downtown to pub street were taken care of by the concierge and not once did anyone try and ask us for more than the going rate.Overall a great place made even better by the staff, cant wait to go back...

Room Tip: ground floor cabana rooms 101 - 106 are just steos to the pool

We booked the cheapest rooms possible and they were wonderful!!! New hotel so everything was clean, working and very nicely decorated. Before arrival we contacted the hotel to request airport pick up and a 2 day tour, reply came straight back and EVERYTHING was sorted for our arrival. We were met at the door by Mr Sor, he talked us through the amenities and what to expect on our tour whilst someone sorted out our keys. Sor was on hand every day in case we needed anything, wonderful service......thanks again Sor.

Breakfast was very good, we didn't have dinner as we chose to go into town. Good sized, clean pool with plenty of sunbeds. Local roads didn't offer much, but with a tuk tuk into town at $2 who cares!!

I can't recommend the Saem highly enough, excellent!!!!

Room Tip: Try not to have a room too close to the lift, it did "ping" a lot.
