The cleanest place I have stayed in a long time. The staff are incredibly kind and considerate. We felt spoiled rotten while staying the 3 nights. It is relaxing, quiet, and the pillows made me incredibly happy. Lovely sleep comfort here! The breakfast will shock you with its variety. When the car picked us up from the airport, we were greeted by 2 staff members that handed us cold bottled water and a cold cloth to freshen up with. Unbelievable!

Beautiful new hotel with a nice swimming pool. There is a gym too, but it is a bit small and right in front of the entrance of the spa. The neighborhood is not so beautiful but it is only a short ride downtown. Staff is very nice and breakfast is fine. I will be back.

To the staff at Saem Siem Reap, we thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay
your beautiful hotel and we were very impressed with the excellent
service from all of you- your genuine desire to make our stay a
wonderful, memorable experience and your gentle natures and courtesy
to us at all times were indeed a credit to you all. We will certainly
be recommending your hotel to anyone we hear of travelling to Siem
Reap in the future. Thank you again!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as part of an overland tour from Bangkok. It looks brand new. We were met with a cold drink, and sat while we checked in. The service from start to finish was excellent. Everyone smiled and greeted us. We had especially wonderful service from two gentlemen: Phal Solfea at the pool who was so attentive and chatted with us about Angkor Wat, and from Chiann Cheann at breakfast, who brought me packet with the name of the coffee when I remarked on how delicious and unusual it was. The room was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was clean and refreshing, after touring in the hot, hot sun. The breakfast was delicious, with both Western and Asian entrees, and with soup, omelets, and pancakes made to order. The hotel is a short $2 tuktuk ride to town. We would definitely recommend this hotel !

Room Tip: We love a room with a balcony over the pool.

A lovely quiet hotel with super pool area just a couple of minutes ($2) tuk tuk ride away from the main down-town areas with all the restaurants and bars that you could ever need. We arrived after travelling for 25hrs from the UK to a lovely welcome of cold towels and cold water as we got to the (complementary) car which picked us up from the airport. Our room was a family premier - a double room, a twin room and a lounge area as well as large balcony - plenty of room for us and out young child.

A trip to see the temples was incredibly easy to arrange (they do it all the time, obviously...!!) with a car from the hotel and a very good guide, with great English, who tailored the trip to suit us and our child rather than just having a standard trip with no flexibility to it. Each time we got back to the car after walking around one of the temples our driver (Tan) was on hand with cold towels and water - such a simple thing but so, so greatly appreciated!!

The restaurant in the hotel was very good (if a little quiet), the breakfast superb and, while we were there, the road out the front of the hotel was being concreted so that the trip into town will be even quicker and smoother. The tuk tuks outside the hotel were great value for either a short trip to town or for a full days hire to see some of the out lying temples. We did both sunrise and sunset at Angkor Wat by tuk tuk, superb and unmissable.

Every single member of staff that we came into contact with were exceptional - so very polite, happy and eager to please. A great hotel made all the better by the people who work there.

An ultra friendly resort with large, clean rooms around a well cared-for swimming pool. Attentive staff very polite and anxious not only to please, but to ask about your experience in order to better it. Spotlessly clean public areas even with a new surface being added to the road directly outside the hotel lobby. Furniture in excellent condition. Without hesitation we would all return to stay here again.

Having spent three days at Saem Seam Reap hotel, I would, without hesitation, recommend it as one of the best. The hotel service was second to none and the restaurant food was delicious. I have personal thanks for Mr Sor Sopheap, senior Front Office Supervisor, for acting most professionally when seeking his support.
We were treated with great respect and warmth from all staff.
