we came in a group of 16 for our 3rd visit to siem reap and everyone of us loved this hotel,,,,,Mr Sopheap came in a 24-seater coaster to welcome us at the airport with chilled towels and mineral water...,,

everything from the service to the attention given to our group remains the same when i last stayed in june and sept 2013....the latest addition is the paved road leading to the hotel and we welcomed that especially during the current rainy season.

there is a group of tuk tuk drivers within the hotel compound and there is no problem getting 4 tuk-tuks to take all of us to the town,,,,and it cost just usd2 per tuk-tuk!

i would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to the management and staff of the hotel, for being so attentive to our needs and fulfilling some of our odd requests!

Great little hotel, fantastic staff, superb value for money, all in all well worth a stay here.
We had a ground floor room overlooking the pool, a second floor with a balcony may have given a touch more privacy but we never felt overlooked.
The pool is good, absolutely nothing at all is too much trouble for the exceptional staff, always keen to help, give advice or just talk to you.
The level of English is excellent, I speak a couple of languages to a decent ish level, but no Asian languages, so it was really helpful to have English speaking staff.
The temples, dreams of my youth have now been visited, so its unlikely I shall visit again, but I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone.
For our temple tour, we had Number 5, Mr Khean and he was exceptional.
For our trip back to PP we used the bus service as recommended by the hotel. This was probably the only bad thing. I would recommend using Laryta. They are cheaper, quicker and although they dont have WiFi on the bus, the company we used only had it for about a third of the journey anyway.

In spite of the rainy season I had a great stay. The hotel is new, clean, convenient and the staff is so friendly. I also recommend tuk tuk #13 (soehang) for visiting Angkor temples. He drives you safely to all the monuments you should visit.

What a really nice place to stay; wonderfully designed with a very nice and helpful staff. The tuk-tuk driver couldn't have been better for taking us to the temples at Angkor Wat. I would definitely recommend staying here as when we drove through the city to get to our hotel, the others looked like stucco messes.

Room Tip: You'll want 1st floor so you have easy access to the pool.

We have spent 3 nights here from 3 June to 6 June 2014, the staffs in this hotel are very friendly and helpful. No doubt we have make mistake that we did not contact the hotel before our arrival, but the staffs who suppose to pick up other guests still send us to the hotel without further delay. We experienced the excellence customer services starts from the airport until the minute we transfer to the airport for departure. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends, relative and family members.

We loved this hotel. From the pickup at the airport with a car and cold towels right to the end the service was great. The hotel itself is lovely.

Things we liked we that they also helped you book tuk-tuks/cars for exploring the temples. Little touches like giving the drivers a cool box full of complementary cold water made a big difference.

The food was lovely (amazing vegetable spring rolls and fish amok!), although we preferred to eat outside our room as the restaurant staff often outnumbered guests (I imagine this is different in busier seasons).

They also have two excellent computers which are handy to use and each room has a massive modern TV to review your photos from the day on.

In addition, I made an error and booked a twin (not double) room and they upgraded us for free.

The location is OK - but not central - that's why 4 and not 5 stars. This means it is quieter at night but does involve a short ride to town. That said, it's a short walk to the museum and circus - both a good things to do!

Thank you to the staff for a lovely stay.

Room Tip: Room 101 by the pool and by on the ground floor is nice

This hotel is a ten minute TukTuk ride from Pub Street which is the only negative. It is in a quiet street and has all 4 star facilities. Facilities include a spa which provides a very relaxing massage along with a gym and beautiful outdoor pool. It is a fairly small hotel in room numbers but the staff were very helpful particularly Mr Sor Sopheap who seemed to manage the place but was happy to personally assist his guests in whatever came up. The wifi service and breakfast was good and all included in the fairly modest room rate along with free transport to the airport by hotel car. Airport is only 20 minutes away

Room Tip: I received a free upgrade to a room overlooking the pool on the ground floor and found this very ple...
