Stayed here with friends in July for two nights to visit the temples and the city. The hotel was really nice. Staff welcomed us with drinks and cold towels. Recommend to have diner at the hotel, you can get an asian or western set for 12$ each including your choice of soft drink or beer. The breakfast was also superb.
Although the hotel is not really central, you can take a tuk tuk for around 2$ to go to the Nightmarket and Pub Street. Takes about 5 minutes.
We also had a massage at the spa area for 21$ for 60 minutes which was really good.
All in all one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in so far, especially the staff was really nice.
I hope to come back at some point.

This is a well managed mid size hotel offering standard hospitality services. On the decoration side it lacks a bit of warmth perhaps, but that might be asking too much for the price you pay. Overall it's a very decent, comfortable, reliable option. The staff is really really friendly. Location wise, it's not in the city center, so you would have to take a Tuk-Tuk to reach the "Pub Street", but the ride isn't too long nor too expensive, and on the positive side you would be staying in a quiet area. It has a nice pool and breakfast is quite complete. I found the restaurant a bit expensive. Overall, though, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

Saem Siem Reap hotel is the best hotel we've ever stayed in (especially in SE Asia!) The staff is on top of everything - always with a smile. Our room is done up every time we leave (which does seem like a bit of a waste, but it is great to always have the room tidy when we come in.) The food, including the free breakfast buffet, is great! And they're available to help with any travel planning. It is a bit out of the way, but a $2 tuk tuk ride will get you anywhere in town.

If we come back to Siem Reap, we will definitely be staying here again. We don't want to leave!

It was great time in Cambodia in this wonderful hotel. Everything is done for you to enjoy every moment: the rooms are spacious and cosy, the staff is helpful and friendly, the service is of the highest level, the pool is such a nice place to relax after hot days spent in temples.
The hotel provided us free van from airport and back with cold water and even fresh towels, fruit plate in the room was a pleasant surprise. Also you can enjoy tea or coffee every moment in your room - everything is at your disposal. Breakfasts were delicious with various kinds of food including hot meal.
It's very easy to understand that we will come back and stay here for sure :)
Thank you so much for your great hospitality!!!

Stayed here for 13 nights and was a great base to experience Siem Reap from. Conveniently located half way between Pub St and the Angkor temples its far away from other hotels and tourists to be quiet and secluded but only 5 min tuk tuk to anything you want. The incredible experience was consistent from beginning to end. Clean, modern facilities, nice pool, wifi/internet kiosk, food including buffet breakfast is of highest quality, overall excellent value for money. The service by all the staff is very polished, professional and make you feel at home every time. They go out of their way to impress without being over the top. It ticks all the boxes and exceeded expectations especially for those looking for mid price range and want a good base away from the more noisier or touristy parts of town.

We don't usually write reviews, but we had such a good experience at this hotel that we wanted to write about it! The staff were really kind and attentive - nothing was too much for them. They recommended and booked restaurants for us, booked transport for us, and very kindly let us have a very late check out for one of our rooms on the last day, as our flight was in the evening. The hotel was beautiful with lovely decor in the reception. The breakfast had a lot of choice, with lots of nice bread, fresh fruit, and eggs done any way you like. The room rate which we thought was reasonable also included breakfast and transfers to and from the airport, so overall we thought it was very good value for money.

We booked this hotel as a package through AirasiaGo, I did research via trip advisor reviews but as the price was so good I was thinking we might end up with a cheap crappy room with little to no service, but things could not have been further from the truth.
We only had one small hiccup with our name not on the list for airport pick up but this was quickly sorted. The service we received from all staff at the resort was wonderful, even at times surprising. I have a food intolerance and being in Asia most times they do not understand and you end up not being able to get the message across but the staff were exceptional and even remember when ordering the next day.
The room was clean and comfortable and the pool was a welcome relief after a day at the temples, you will need to remember to pack your bug spray as there is an abundance of mosquitoes but that happens in most Asian destinations.
