“Was not disappointed!”
Reviewed 7 August 2014

We booked this hotel for five nights (6 days) and it was absolutely amazing! The driver came to pick us up and gave us a short introductory to the city. The staff were very accommodating and everyday after we came back from the touristy stuff, we really felt at home! I researched a bunch of hotels before picking this one and had very high expectations due to the good reviews...and I was not a bit disappointed! In fact, I was so impressed by their hospitality!! Unlike the big, massive hotels where you seem a bit lost and distant, this boutique hotel makes you feel so comfortable and at home (by the end, we recognized all their staff)!!

*Breakfast is delicious. They have a variety of foods and even a bar to make customized omelets, crepes, and noodles on the spot.
*Althought our AC didn't work at first, they came within 2 mins to fix and it was perfect.
*the pool is nice and clean, theres always staff there to attend to your every need
*city bike rentals are 2$ per/person
*We had a room facing the pool on the wing where other reviewers commented there were dogs barking..to be honest, it was not bad at all. A frequent "bark" twice a day isn't going to kill you.
*excellent room service
*on the last day our flight wasn't until 7pm, but the hotel let us check out at 3pm and check our bags for us while we went out to the city.

I can say that this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in (great price too).

We had a beautiful 2 night stay at the hotel. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was great, the staff understood my husband's coeliac disease and pointed out all the dishes that he could eat. They arranged tuk tuks for us and were probably the friendliest people you could wish to meet. We would definitely recommend staying at this great hotel.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. We had room 220 overlooking the swimming pool. The breakfast buffet was very good including omelets made-to-order. Lots of choices cold and hot breakfasts, Asian, European, American. The room was large with a large bathroom. A/C worked perfectly to our relief. The staff was extremely gracious and accommodating. The beds comfortable and the laundry service excellent and inexpensive. The location is a few blocks off the main street of hotels and stores and near some late-night clubs but there was no noise at night and there were always tuk-tuks and taxis out front to get into town.

Room Tip: There are only 3 floors and there are elevators. rooms have either king or two doubles.

We were absolutely happy with our fantastic four night stay at this hotel. We booked the room through the hotel website after reading reviews on Tripadvisor and got a very good rate. From the airport pick-up, check-in and tour arrangement, everything went smoothly. The hotel is new and facilities are in good shapes. It is a $2 tuk-tuk ride to Pub Street and not far from anywhere you want to go. All staffs were helpful and very friendly.

Soursdey and thank you to the wonderful staff at this lovely hotel in a great location. Every need was catered for and always promptly with a smile. The room was fresh, clean and modern. The location is great if you want peace and quiet and only a short ride to the centre of town. Without a doubt, the best part of this hotel is the kind and responsive staff. Front of house staff and management are very professional with great English skills. Our tuk tuk driver, Mr Sareth was friendly, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and very honourable. Vanny in the Thida Spa was just lovely and very skilled. We look forward to returning as soon as we can. If you're looking for a hotel in Siem Reap - look no further!

Stayed here for 3 nights with a friend and both of us really enjoyed our stay. Our trip started out on a good note since the hotel promptly picked us up from the airport and drove us to the hotel. Throughout our stay, the staff was really friendly and happily arranged tuk tuks and tours for us. The hotel isn't near Pub Street so we had to take tuk tuks back-and-forth at night. This was a mild inconvenience since I really enjoyed being away from all the craziness around Pub Street and getting a good nights sleep at night :).
Special mention to the incredible housekeeping team. The rooms were really clean and we always had fresh fruit and towels. Another special mention for the nice breakfast spread. The crepe and omelette man was our favorite!

Stayed here with friends in July for two nights to visit the temples and the city. The hotel was really nice. Staff welcomed us with drinks and cold towels. Recommend to have diner at the hotel, you can get an asian or western set for 12$ each including your choice of soft drink or beer. The breakfast was also superb.
Although the hotel is not really central, you can take a tuk tuk for around 2$ to go to the Nightmarket and Pub Street. Takes about 5 minutes.
We also had a massage at the spa area for 21$ for 60 minutes which was really good.
All in all one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in so far, especially the staff was really nice.
I hope to come back at some point.
