My family's (including 2 teenage boys) brief stay at the hotel was most comfortable, enjoyable and well-attended to by the staff. Special mention to Bona who was patient and kind to accomodate our needs. He even went so far to help us with dinner reservations! A great value-for-money hotel especially for families and good breakfasts included. The bars next to the pool and on the 4th floor are great places for pre-dinner drinks or just to chill after a hot day out visiting the temples. Visits to the town for lunch or dinner are about 10-15 minutes away and are very convenient by "tuk-tuk" (USD3 each way). All the staff we encountered during our stay were most polite and welcoming. We would definitely recommend anyone visiting Siem Reap to this hotel.

Room Tip: Landmark Rooms are better choices than the deluxe rooms in the older wing.

We stayed there 4 nights and liked it. However wouldn't give it 5 stars or consider it a 5 star hotel. Mainly because of lots of small issues. The furniture in the room was starting to break apart with creaky doors and broken drawers. Breakfast was limited especially for vegetarians. Dined at their restaurant and food including desserts was lower than average. Their dessert menu had wrong ingredients mentioned. Room Service didn't wash the tea cups when used. Small Things just kept adding up. Positive was that their staff were always smiling and helpful and friendly

This place is a must when in siem reap, it's a little piece of paradise with everything you could need! Prices of food and beverages are very high, but the town centre is 15 mins walk or $2 tuk tuk so there is really no need to eat and drink in the hotel. One piece of advice, if the locals know you are staying here they get upset and will try to rip you off so suggest saying you are staying at a nearby guesthouse

Stayed 3 nights at the Borei Angkor with family and friends. Great resort facilities, very clean, close to Angkor sites. Lavish breakfast spread. Their travel desk also has good and reliable arrangements. And super management team of Resident Experiences. They did everything possible to make our trip comfortable and memorable - thanks guys. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Avoid rooms near the multiple airconditioner units mounted towards a corner - was told it could be n...

My three-night stay at the Borei Angkor Resort & Spa was enjoyable. The hotel is ideally located close to the temple ruins of Angkor Wat, so exploring them was easy. The hospitality desk (thank you, Savun) was quick to arrange a car with a driver and a guide to take me to the temples on my first morning in Siem Reap. Also my host Dawind was very efficient and friendly when he welcomed me to the hotel. When you are done visiting the temples in the evening, the center of Siem Reap with its restaurants is only a short tuk-tuk ride away.

We stayed in this hotel in July for 4 nights, we arrived a day earlier than booked , and with 1 easy phone call we were able to inform them about these changes which meant they had to pick us up from the airport a day earlier, this was no problem the driver was there to meet us, and take us to the hotel where they made us feel very welcome whilst they sorted out a room for us.

The Reception staff were probably some of the best that we have experienced throughout our 2 month travels staying on over 20 hotels of various ratings.

The Rooms were of a really good standard, and very good value for money.

The thing that made this hotel was the staff , nothing was too much trouble.

Room Tip: At the back overlooking the Pool, nearest the Spa

We stayed 4 nights while visiting the temples, the hotel caters for anything you need and have plenty of nice little touches - on checking in you are shown around by your hotel rep (Bona was ours) and throughout your stay they continually check up with you to see if there is anything they can help with - the hotel has an advise desk which is open till 10 (I think) which was very helpful in organizing going out to the temples - they have tuk tuk's associated with the hotel and although you might pay a few dollars extra it takes the hassle out of having to negotiate with somebody else and you know they are reliable being associated with the hotel.
Pool facilities are ok - Spa is nice - with hot & cold Jacuzzi's available to all guests

The buffet breakfast was fantastic - huge range - chefs on hand to make fresh noodle soup/eggs however you like/crepes with an array of fillings

I'd recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Siem Reap

If there was a negative - its a little bit out of the town so you will need tuk tuk's in and out to everywhere really - when you are met on arrival with a refreshing towel though it makes up for it!
