We stayed in a family suite and loved it! People were great, food was great, pool was great!

Location:
We found the location to be very convenient. It was between the Angkor Wat Park and Siem Reap Town. We hired a Tuk-Tuk to take us anywhere we wanted, all day long for the week. It is a short drive to both locations.

Rooms: (5 of 5)
The rooms were great. In a family room, we had 2 Twins and a Queen. Perfect for us. The bathroom was large, and so was the closet. The room AC, and also had screens to keep bugs out. On top of that, there were mosquito nets.

Amenities: (4 of 5)
The pool was large enough to play in, but not too big. The spa treatments were wonderful. We did the Khmer Massage and liked it a lot. The restaurant was really good (we ate breakfast and lunch there). The breakfast consists of fresh fruit, various pastries with butter and jelly, and various cooked breakfasts such as pancakes and eggs. The lunch had typical Khmer foods and was pretty good.

Service: (5 of 5)
The staff were welcoming and friendly. They loved it when we asked them to teach us some basic Khmer phrases. They were very helpful and friendly.

Driver: (4 of 5)
We hired a hotel Tuk-Tuk driver for the week. We had the same driver everyday. He took us to the Wats, to town, and to the hotel. I would recommend getting a driver. The cost was $15 a day.

Overall, I loved the hotel. I would definitely go back and recommend it. The location is good, but if you want to be in the action in Siem Reap (near Pub Street and the Markets), it's a little far.

Room Tip: All rooms are surrounded by nature. Some rooms are near the pool, others are farther away. All rooms...

We loved our stay here. We got the 4 night/4 day package. It was an incredible value. Our driver was great. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very accommodating. We highly recommend the various spa treatments. They are wonderful. The pool is lovely even small but enough to enjoy. The restaurant was greats with breakfast/lunch/dinner and very fresh and tasty. It is a little out of Siem Reap Town, but it is just a few minute, Being closer to the temples was nice because you can easily return mid-day to rest before heading out again. We would definitely stay here again and recommend!!

Room Tip: Upper floor to have nice view!!

We stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed being looked after so well. Our room was spacious and clean with a sitting area overlooking the pool. The staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfasts were really good with a choice of fresh fruits, croisants with lovely home made jams or a cooked breakfast of your choice. The location was good for visiting the Temples or going into town for the night markets and the bars. We had our own tuc tuc and driver 'Chulsa' who looked afrer us so well. He showed us around the Temples with a break for lunch at a lovely restaurant he chose for us and made sure we had a nice table. Having someone like Chulsa to look after us each day made our stay so much easier to know we would not be lost and could always get back to the hotel easily. Relaxing by the pool was so nice and we also treated ourselves to a massage which was really good. Would certainly love to stay here again sometime.

We arranged a transfer from the airport. It cost $7 USD for an air conditioned vehicle. It was very pleasant and the driver was very professional.
The location is great, perfect for exploring the temples during the day and town at night.
We were warmly welcomed and shown to our room, on the 2nd floor. The room was beautiful and in traditional style. The bathroom was wonderful. The shower didn't drain as fast as we might be used to, but there was no flooding. We had a separate sitting area on the balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was wonderful.
Breakfast was served in the small restaurant next to the pool. Breakfast was wonderful, with many options. Each table was served a basket of French bread. Croissants were offered. There was tons of fruit. The eggs and crepes (with nutella, or lemon and sugar) were wonderful. The service was great.
Our tuk tuk was included with our room. We had Vishna and a Ferrari tuk tuk. He arrived as early as we wanted (at 6 AM) and stayed out as late as we needed (10 PM or later). He was always smiling. He was very polite. He offered water, and even insisted we take water when we thought we didn't need it (no charge). We enjoyed him very much! We even invited him to look us up if he ever makes it to New York.
We had 90 minute massages for $15. They were great and offered in a private quiet setting.
We loved Cambodia and we could see going back here and staying for a week.

We spent 6 nights at Le Pavillon: one of the nicest , ablest desks that we've experienced over our years of travel;
excellent breakfasts (included)- with delicious homemade jams, eggs made to order, excellent yogurt; nice pool area; good restaurant and the outstanding feature- a tuk tuk driver assigned to us for the duration of our stay at no extra cost, taking us to the temples, out to the countryside or wherever we wanted to go.

The staff made restaurant reservations and purchased bus tickets for us.The manager let us stay in one of their comfortable massage rooms after checkout time as we had an evening flight. The desk arranged to send me my ebook charger which I had left behind.

The rooms were a little small but very clean and well-appointed. The location, on a quiet street away from the busy hub.

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Pavillon Indochine.

we booked this hotel on the first night of a motorbike trip leaving from Siem Reap the next day. Pleasantly surprised. We arrived with a large group / one person more than expected, they made no problem out of it. Rooms are very nicely decorated, colonial style, lots of green, nice balcony. Staff super friendly. Breakfast buffet was limited, but all good stuff / quality.

We arrived late night and were surprised by the warm welcome of the hotel staff, clean and chilled rooms (even it was abour +36C° and humid outside). The pool was sparking and waiting for us to stretch our bodies from the long flight. Hotel provides you massages, which were even better then the once we had in Thailand!
Our intention to see Angkor Wat from the seat of the bike was not the best idea, so hotel arranged for us friendly driver with a tuk-tuk who took us where-ever we wanted to. And always had a fresh watter ready for us upon our return.
Food is great in this hotel and we enjoyed every night different specialty with a glass of white.

We will always return, if we can :-)

Room Tip: we liked the rooms on the upper floor
