After visiting Cambodia in Nov 2012 we had such a great time we had to go back, to go to the same hotel in Siem Reap was our priority. we were not disappointed the hotel is almost perfect for us, the rooms, the colonial style little terrace overlooking the pool and garden, the staff and the food. My wife really enjoyed their massage services while I enjoyed the pool. the hotel is conveniently place north of the city and I think is the nearest to the temples. Being out of town is not a problem, take advantage of their direct booking offer and for about 8 dollars per night more than the the hotel booking agencies you have your own private tuk tuk and driver from dawn until 10 pm. he will take you anywhere, within reason.
The only negative thought I have regarding the Pavillon is that they could rearrange the positions of the sunbeds around the pool as the area is often in the shade but that is being very nit picky,
An amazing little hotel I would return again but life is short and there are so many other places to see.
Thanks again to all the wonderful staff for an amazing stay at their beautiful little hotel

This is a small hotel very close to the entrance to Angkor Historical Park, which means it is relatively far from downtown. Since your "personal" tuk-tuk is included in the room price this shouldn't pose a problem. Your driver will bring you to all locations in- and outside of the park, and will wait for your trip back to the hotel Khmer management and staff are very friendly and want to make it right. Don't miss the massage. It is offered in a separate, charming building which houses also the bigger rooms. Breakfast buffet is basic, I recommend you order the pancakes with honey. They are delicious. Bathrooms are small and basic, water pressure is good. Wifi is free and reliable.

Room Tip: Next time I would get a bungalow suite.

Thank you so so much to all the staff at Pavillon Indochine Hotel. We were a group of four staying in your hotel in December, 2013. The staff are very diligent and will help with any of your requests. Having a free tuk tuk driver for everyday we were there was just so convenient and our driver was so incredibly friendly! We recommend Mr. Prosa as a driver, he is just great!
We had a family style room with two single beds, a double and two bathrooms. So spacious and so well- priced. Would definitely stay here again! Massages were amazing also, and a nice end to the day after a big day at the temples.

We stayed here for 4 nights in December. This was part of a self-organised trip that included Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Mandalay. This place was definitely the highlight of the trip.

When we arrived (by taxi $7 from the airport) we were seated in the restaurant where a lady spent some time explaining the hotel and its facilities and how to get transport, she also gave us some leaflets on the area. We were given a lovely cool fruit drink.

We were then shown to the room by a very efficient young man who took our cases and explained everything about the room. The room was a decent size, clean and had enough cupboard space, tables and a wardrobe; it also had a useful safe. The shower-room was large enough and all functioned properly.

Outside the room there is a veranda which is part of the living space for the room, it contains a table and 2 lounge chairs. You are just a few feet away from the pool here, well at least for those of us on the ground floor, so going for a swim was easy.

There is free access to WIFI available in the room and on the veranda.
They also provide a next day delivery laundry service which we utilised.

The booking also included breakfast which is taken in the outdoor covered restaurant; the breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit, egg station, bacon, breads, coffee (and tea) etc.
The restaurant is also available for lunch and evening meals, this we did on a couple of occasions and we also had one meal on our patio. All meals were delicious and very good value.

The whole hotel is maybe a 10 minute tuk-tuk ride north of the city. The hotel has a number of recommended drivers and they will call for you if one is not waiting at the entrance. The hotel is on the Angkor Wat side of town so makes that journey simpler. We used one of the tuk-tuks many times and it was great, also good value.

Interesting point re Angkor Wat; you can buy your ticket and enter the site after 5pm on the day before the ticket is issued for. So you can go watch the sunset and get your bearings the evening before your trip.

The hotel sits in what may be described as a little tropical garden. Also on site you can have a message, my wife and I did this every day, and it was wonderful costing about $7 for an hour.
The place is charming, relaxing and ALL the staff are wonderful. I have no hesitation in recommending.

Stayed at the Pavillon Indochine in May 2013. It is a beautifully decorated and clean hotel. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and the pool area is an oasis on a hot cambodian day. The tuk tuk drivers really top off the experience. They were so friendly and helpful, and they really made the experience. If I was to return to Siem reap I would stay at the Pavillon Indochine.

Room Tip: The hotel is very quiet so any room would be good

I found the hotel itself to be very charming. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was quite professional and did what they could to make our stay enjoyable. We used the restaurant at lunch and dinner (in addition to breakfast) and found the quality of the food to be very good. We also had massages at the spa and were very pleased. I would definitely recommend it.

Room Tip: Family room is a good value and has two bathrooms and 3 beds.
