The sand colored temple's size and intimacy enrapture the contemplative visitor. One should not hurry through this sight or the detailed carvings will be missed. Go early when there are not crowds.

It's also known as the ladies temple. It's beautifully and intricately carved, very feminine and lady like looking. Totally worth seeing.

This is further away from Siem Reap than most of the Angkor complex, but worth the visit. I would suggest going by taxi and not by tuk-tuk, because of the distance. You can also visit the ruined temple in the same trip.

4th visit in 10 years and still takes my breath away. Don't be templed out by trying to see them all . Take your time and have rest days in between if you can.

This is a fabulous temple and its so different as it is built in rose/pink sandstone and not the grey coloured stones seen at the other sites
