Just coming to the end of a 20 day Island hopping tour and three nights here have been a wonderful calming oasis of peace. Wonderful attention to detail, staff that could not be more attentive, design that is calm and luxurious and a pool that is a centrepiece but not too dominant - altogether a lovely experience.

Room Tip: Ground floor poolside rooms are best

This is a really nice hotel, good location for Siem Reap Town. What it doesn't have is much outdoor space other than the pool, and if you are on the second floor the windows don't open. The other slightly annoying thing is everytime you leave the hotel the staff try to 'suggest' places to go to eat which by coincidence are other places that are affiliated with the Hotel!
That being said it is beautifully decorated and a good place if you don't want to use the hotel as a relaxing space, just somewhere to sleep and shower.

Very impressive new hotel - very stylish and also functional. The room furnishings and bathroom are very well designed, and the swimming pool was wonderful. The most impressive feature was the quality of the staff who managed to be extremely friendly and courteous at the same time. Highly recommended.

The essence of the Shinta Mani is in its simplicity and attention to detail. If a hotel and its staff were ever to represent a country and its welcoming culture, then kudos go to owner and management for bringing out the best at the Shinta Mani Club and Resort. From arrival to departure over 3 days, we felt like we were staying with friends who cared about our enjoyment and our well being. This translated from the reception to the restaurant to the spa down to the hotel's tuk tuk drivers.
Angkor Wat was on our bucket list and to have visited this wonder and to return to the Shinta Mani, I can't think of a more worthwhile experience when it comes to travel. The food, from the amazing coffee to the tasting menus, the Chef holds his own to any Michelin starred one anywhere. To have met the GM and to hear his own philosophy and to see him everywhere, this is how a hotel should be. Bravo, Shinta Mani!

Room Tip: We loved the Club rooms.

Stayed at the Shinta Mani for 4 days last week and had a terrific 5 star experience. The hotel is extremely nice, clean, and beautifully designed. The location is perfect..very close to town but not on a busy street. The food is far better than what is normal at a high end resort. The breakfast is particularly good. What sets this place apart most is the staff. They are amongst the most friendly and appropriately attentive staff I have ever encountered. By the time we left, we felt a special connection to Siem Reap and I feel the staff at the Shinta Mani was the primary reason for this. Particular thanks to Tevy...she was so friendly, helpful and kind to our two young children. Also, many thanks to Leo our excellent Tuk Tuk driver. He was extremely friendly, fun, and very knowledgeable about the area. Leo made our trip to Soem Reap so special, memorable and he felt like a new friend by the end of our stay. Highly recommend the Shinta Mani and Siem Reap.

Room Tip: Rooms near the pool on the club side of the hotel are great.

My wife and I recently stayed at Shinta Mani resort for 4 nights. We arrived around 10pm and were instantly impressed by the level of friendliness and impeccable service. We were given a complimentary drink on arrival and once checked in we had a wonderful dinner.

The room was spacious, clean, very new and stylish and They have all the amenities you would expect. As we were in siem reap visiting temples all day this hotel offered the perfect way to relax after lots of exploring in the heat and we can certainly recommend their "open heart" cocktail by the pool! We could use both the resort and "club" facilities across the road and for something really special I also recommend having dinner for 2 on the "swing" tables which we did on our last night.

I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled to do so after staying here. Despite the great design and facilities the one thing that we will never forget are the genuine smiles and helpfulness of all the staff. We also had a chance to chat with Christian the hotel manager and his passion for Cambodia and the hotel was really infectious. A MUST stay destination! Ryan and Lisa from London.

Impeccable service, wonderful food, comfortable clean spacious rooms and Cambodian charm are part of the wonderful experience when staying here. The location is superb with a few minutes walk to town, close to the entrance of Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom and other temples, yet on a quiet street near the river. The staff was so efficient and wonderful in taking care of our every need from tours, guides, transportation, restaurants and hospitality. We enjoyed meeting and talking to the managers and staff about Siem Reap and all the projects the hotel is involved in to promote Cambodia and help the local people through their foundation charity. The pool area is relaxing and it was nice to enjoy a beer and snack on the swing tables at the restaurant. A real gem in Siem Reap.

Room Tip: Loved our corner room on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool courtyard and side yard. Very quiet.
