From the little extras and touches of luxury to the wonderfully well trained smiling staff this is an amazing hotel. Having travelled extensively it rates in my view as one of the best hotels that l have ever stayed in. The food, pool, pool lounge area, breakfast & the rooms themselves were all superb.

Look forward to returning!

We've stayed in a lot of hotels, in many parts of the world and this was the best. From start to finish it was amazing. The staff is helpful and friendly, the location is very good, the pool and rooms are lovely. We stayed for 10 days and loved every minute. Don't even consider another hotel. This place has it all and then some.

Shinta Mani exceeded our already high expectations (raving reviews from a friend). Every staff member went above and beyond to be friendly and ensure we had everything we needed. Hotel itself is gorgeous--amazing interior design and smells like a spa all day. We ate several meals here and were never disappointed (delicious free breakfast as well). Pool area is perfect and refreshing. I had one of the best massages of my life at the spa.

My god, please stay here. The service here is comparable to the Four Seasons we stayed at later on our honeymoon, but at a fraction of the price.

Now we stayed on in the "Sports Club" which is across the street from the main hotel, but amazing none the less. The room was GORGEROUS, right when we walked in we were greeted with bottled water and cold towels (actually EVERYTIME you walk up to the hotel you are greeted with cold bottled waters and cold towels), our room had beautiful welcome music on, free mini bar, fresh flowers EVERYDAY, free breakfast every am, free room service (except for dinner I believe), this place is amazing. We ate breakfast everyday, got room service 4 times, drinks and food at the pool and our total bill when we checked out was $44.77. $44.77?? I still have to blink when I look at the price. It was the cheapest hotel bill we have EVER HAD.

The people and staff are so kind. They went out of their way every chance they got. We went into the pool everyday, everyday we saw girls making the fresh flowers, the hotel itself was so clean, we REALLY loved the smell of the shampoos and soaps (weird I know, but when you stay at a million hotels you know cheap soap when you get it) ...I can't say enough great things about this hotel. We actually wished we had stayed longer because it was so memorable. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone that comes to Cambodia. Top 3 hotels I have ever stayed at for service.

Room Tip: We stayed on the top floor, over looking the pool. The only weird part was when you walked out the...

The welcoming hospitality is not limited to when you arrive - every time you return from your adventures there is a friendly face and a towel freshener, a nice 5* experience. The Shinta Mani is a club experience with guests respectful of each other with calm and friendly faces everywhere. One of our very best holiday experiences.

We were in the Shinta Mani Club - in a superior room - for three nights. We have nothing but positive things to say. The staff were so kind and helpful, it made us really feel sad to leave. The training that they do on site is clearly of top quality. I was ill for one day and the staff was compassionate and the management was able to get me medical care without any problems. The doctor was top notch. The food was excellent in the hotel - and we loved the pool. All of this and close to the city without all the traffic noise. We would go back tomorrow, if not for the long flight!

Room Tip: Choose a superior room. Beautiful. But also note that the last day we were put into a "lower...

What a fantastic hotel. The service is brilliant. It is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in for service, the staff just can't do enough for you. The location is excellent, very near to the centre of Siem Reap and just $2 in a tuk tuk. We went to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat which meant leaving the hotel at 5am, there was a breakfast of croissants and coffee in reception for the guests who were doing this and also a fabulous picnic hamper provided for each guest to take with them, we were able to eat the picnic at the temple which was lovely. The breakfast in the hotel is fabulous. I used the spa and it was excellent and not overpriced. There is an ATM machine directly opposite the hotel, cash is given out in dollars and it is easy to use. The hotel is just around the corner from the French Correspondents Club, the food there is very good. Don't look any further, book this hotel for your trip to Cambodia.

Room Tip: We had a room overlooking the pool and it was lovely, very quiet.
