If you want the ultimate in service, friendliness and a family atmosphere then stay at Shinta Mani Club. It would be impossible to find a criticism. Every staff member from the general manager down makes you feel special every day.

One of the best resorts ever. Staff fall over backwards with huge smiles to help you with every request. Nothing is to much effort for them. Rooms spotless. Ammenities excellent. Food fabulous. I highly recommend you stay here. We will return :-)

Room Tip: All rooms are good rooms. Ask for room that faces the pool

We had the pleasure of spending three nights at the Shinta Mani Resort in late July 2014 and what a wonderful surprise it was. We were welcomed at the door with a " welcome home " and from that moment that was how we felt, because that was how we were treated. The genuinely friendly and so helpful staff anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. The rooms were excellent with great modern facilities and brilliant free WiFi. An awesome resort style pool surrounded by a double level colonial style accommodation and a brilliant and very affordable restaurant. Never having been to Cambodia before I couldn't recommend this boutique style resort more highly. We left with a love of the country and these lovely gentle people and hope to return again soon and spend a few weeks. A real treasure !!!

Spent 4 nights at this wonderful resort. Would have to rate this as the best service I have had in 40 years of travelling. Everyone, from the manager down, could not do enough for us. We never had to open a door other an ourroom. Food was excellent and the choice extensive. Cannot imagine a better place to stay. Water supplied everywhere abd always a welcome refreshing towel on return to the hotel. The Tuk Tuk ride from outside the hotel to the Silk Farm was a highlight. Thanks for a woderful introduction to Cambodia.

Room Tip: All roomd are quiet and well back from the road.

Stayed ten nights in total at this sensational small hotel - only 39 rooms. The king deluxe rooms are very well appointed & comfortable. The saltwater lap pool surrounded by shaded terraces with sun lounges & 'house chill' music provide a relaxing retreat after a morning of exploring the the Angkor wat & other temples or the bustling markets. Good quality food & other refreshments are served at the Club's restaurant and around the pool area. Happy hour (5 - 7 pm) at the Shinta Mani's Bensley's Bar is a must! Well-made Margaritas & other cocktails for US$2:50 each had us visiting each evening before heading to dinner at the in-house restaurant Kroya or elsewhere in Siem Reap. The Club's spa is excellent for a wide range of well priced massage & facial treatments. What makes this hotel really special above & beyond its beauty & comfort is the staff. Every staff member greets you with a broad smile and shows genuine interest in how you are feeling & what you are planning to do for the day. Our group of 6 adults & one child are regular international travellers and all agree that the staff at Shinta Mani Club are special people who really make for a happy and relaxed stay whether at the hotel for a longer visit as we were or a short stay just to visit the temples. For those with children who may need child-minding services, the attention & care here is sensational. There were tears shed by both staff and the child in our group on our departure such were the bonds formed. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel & staff!

Room Tip: King deluxe rooms with balconies overlooking the pool are fantastic as are those directly surrounding the pool
