Right from being picked up from the airport to the time we left we were met with amazing service! The front desk staff were extremely polite and helpful. The room was really clean and very large! Breakfast was pretty good too.

The staff helped us organise tuktuk drivers to take us around for the day, and both our drivers Mr. Chihhn and Chum were amazing! We spent one day touring the temples, the next doing the Artisans' workshops and the Landmine museum. We couldn't have asked for better drivers!

All in all it was an excellent stay, which was made even better by the kindness and helpful staff at the hotel! Can't wait to come back!

Loved the location - close to pub street but not too close. Rooms are nice and large. Bathroom was only ok as the shower was not enclosed, thus water goes everywhere (not unusual for Asia). Only issue we had were with the towels. The hotel seems to have barely enough for the all the rooms. Each day they would be sent for washing but if you wanted to shower in the afternoon/evening you would have to wait until they were ready. This was particularly inconvenient one day as we did a 4x4 tour of the countryside and came back all sweaty and dusty but were unable to shower until late that evening.

What a lovely place, thanks to the lovely owner and manager our stay was perfect.
We were met at the airport by a happy chappy with a big smile, on arrival we were offered a cold glass of water and some banana chips. As the hotel is only 6 months old the rooms are spotless and the bedding new. yes, the bathrooms are not huge and the shower heads can spray the loo but all the bathrooms in my experience in SE Asia are the same - get over it!
The landlady (who is only 23) is just starting out and explained that there are a couple of rooms not yet with a/c or fully furnished, and she is reluctant to rent them out as she is worried about reviews such as a couple of previous ones, at least they had a bed for the night at high season.
A 30 min massage was offered as part of our deal but we were so busy seeing the sights of Siem Reap we didn't have time, so the manager gave us a complimentary bottle of rose wine. There is a hidden gem, the roof terrace, a great place to relax and watch the sun going down after a day at the temples.
I would not hesitate in going back there, the location perfect and rooms are reasonably priced.
On our last morning the landlady took us to the airport herself.
Thank you for making our stay so happy and to our lovely tuk tuk driver Sayhow who can be found just opposite outside the Temple villa.

After my hotel experience in Bangkok, this was like Heaven.
Lots of smiles at reception, with tea and coffee available 24/7.
Rooms were bright and clean and comfortable. It's position is perfect.
The traffic is still a bit noisy, but just during the day, and the building works right next door did not start until we were up and ready to go out for the day, so no more than you'd expect in busy Siem Reap.
Our landlady and her manager were so kind and helpful, we truly felt at home. Plus Sayhaw (phonetic) our wonderful tuk tuk driver was just outside.
Made our weeks holiday even more special. Thank you So much x

First the pros:-
A good clean homestay, well appointed rooms, friendly staff and excellent location. Walking distance from the night markets as well as pub streets. Good décor – lots of dark wood furniture. Free fruits, coffee and tea 24x7 in the lobby. A couple of computers for residents to use. Good wifi connectivity. The staff also help you negotiate with the Tuk Tuks to take you around the place as well have good suggestions on what to do.

Now the cons :-
Of their 10 or 12 rooms, there are one or two rooms which are still not done up – we were unlucky and got room 001 which is downright terrible. so be carefull and ask for the rooms which are depicted on their site. Due to the season and full booking, we had to stay in a lousy room for the first night before they moved us.
We reached on 31st late evening and had planned a 4am drive down to see the sunrise at the Angkor Wat.. so the family was not in any mood to go out for dinner and decided to eat at the place - we sat on a table for quite some time before realizing that there was no service..! would have been good to put up a notice or let us know when we were checking in.. so being tired, went off to bed without dinner on a 31st Dec evening...!
Bathrooms are clean - but SMALL.... frightfully small... one is literally hanging over the WC to take a shower and the drains are bad - so there is water logging. So after one bath, the next in the family has to wait for some time before the bath can be used....

Room Tip: Never 001 - pls specifically ask for the rooms done up properly as per the photos on the net.. I had...

Excellent location a few streets away from Pub street (4 minute walk). The hotel rooms were spotlessly clean and there is a nice open-air area in the lobby for breakfast or just having a coffee. Breakfast is a simple affair but includes eggs made to order. Coffee/tea is available 24/7 in the lobby. A nice touch are the complimentary small bananas and banana chips set up by the coffee/tea station for guests. Rooms are also equipped with water kettle and coffee/tea service, plus 2 bottles of water daily. The beds were very firm, but we found that to be common. The bathroom is very small - no separation of the shower head from the rest of the bathroom so everything gets wet, but there was plenty of hot water and good pressure. The AC worked well in January weather, but not sure how it would function in summer. The staff can arrange tuk tuks and drivers, but prices may be lower from the tour offices and drivers around Pub Street. Overall, I would stay here again.

What made our stay in this hotel perfect was the staff's effort to please the guests. They go out of their way to help you. They helped us book our transportation to Poipet so when we came back from Thailand, we stayed in this hotel again. They also reply to emails promptly. The manager is very nice, kind, and easy to talk to. He made our stay extra special. We felt right at home.

When we go back we're booking this hotel again, definitely!
