Located at the opposite end of town, this place is truly a value-for-money guesthouse. The people working here are very friendly. The air conditioning and television worked perfectly and there was even a safe in the room where I stored my valuables. The only problem i had here was the presence of mosquitos in my toilet. Other than that, value-for-money and a good place to stay.

Room Tip: No lift, take the lower floor!

We stayed there for 2 days. We were very pleased about the hotel. it's provided you a room with a cheap price and optional rooms for odd people, family and couple. The location for the hotel is not so bad. It's not in the crowded area with very quite to take a rest but still in the town for Siem Reap night life. You can walk to Pub Street, old market, restaurants and and everywhere. The staff here is quite nice and sincere. They are ready and welcome you help you, give you information about everything without cheat and overcharge. The staff are very friendly. This hotel runs by family member. When you stay there. You will feel like home. For us, we feels like we are their family.

Room Tip: talk with staff for more information about your travel plan. If you don't want to wast the time...

We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The rooms are clean and bright. The bathroom is decent and clean. There was no elevator which might be a problem for some people but not us. The staff were the nicest we had in cambodia and most helpful with arranging Angkor Wat visits and bus trips. The beds were the most comfortable we had had in a while and the duvets were plaid which reminded us of home. We booked through agoda and paid about $15 a night for a room with 2 single beds, a fan and ac. Its about $10 if you book with just a fan. Great location too! Right near the night market and pub street. Nothing bad to say about this place!

We stayed in this hotel last week and would recommend it.
The room was pretty small but nice, the Internet reception was poor and the water seemed a bit metallic but it was clean.
There is a small gym on the roof which is sufficient for a workout and it's a 2 minute walk from 'Pub Street' which is where all the restaurants and bars are.

We stayed on two occasions at this budget hotel for four nights and on each occasion were very pleased. The staff are lovely and will book trips and give good information and wont overcharge. Wifi, shower, front desk and tv and location etc are so good but hotel sheets although they arenclean are not good quality which is the only minus for us. We would stay again.

Beautiful building with fabulous, carved, wooden bedroom doors and lovely, clean, tiled corridors that lead onto balconies at either end of the building on each floor. Location is one minute walk from the riverside, less than 5min walk from (I think) the largest night market in Siem Reap. Mixed experience with restaurant, one day got completely wrong order and staff tried to convince us it was the right one (with was almost laughable because it was clearly not!) and weren't very willing to get us the correct food (we just left the meal as it was 90% food that neither of us eat!) But that said, on our first night we had the chicken amok and it was genuinely the nicest one we had in our month in Cambodia! The young girls who clean keep the place immaculate, the rest of the staff are nice enough, the lady owner is lovely and bubbley. Beds are comfy but if you opt for a fan room, the fans are ceiling fans which are quite noisy. Overall a good choice. PS Their gym they advertise at reception is on the top floor, but nothing works!!
