“Relaxing stay ...great break from the heat”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 March 2014

This hotel was luxurious 5 star experience at modest price. Family with two daughters stayed for 4 days while we toured the temples in Ankor Wat. We had adjoining rooms that worked out great. The hotel arranged for van to pick us up at airport....smoothest transition I've had travelling. They greet you upon arrival with traditional scarf, cool towel and welcome fruit juice. All of the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. We arranged day vans to take us and a guide around to the different temples. We would do a morning tour and then come back to relax by pool during middle of day heat. Prang at the pool bar took great care of us - anticipating our drinks and what we liked. It was nice to relax at pool and then we'd head back out around 4 pm to tour another temple. Food was great in restaurant. The rooms are good size so my family did not feel they were on top of each other. Large bathrooms and nice amenities. My daughter and I got massages one night after walking all over ruins....it was very relaxing and took us away to another world. Would definitely recommend to others. Great find.

My wife and I stayed from 28 March 2014 for 5 days. While the room was comfortable and the hotel itself was nice, the breakfast was good, what stood out was the hospitality of the staff. In particular, the concierge supervisor Mr Horm was extremely helpful and professional. He provided very good advice and was very pleasant to deal with. I must also mention that the tut tut driver Mr Thorm (arranged through the hotel) was very friendly, honest and thoughtful, eg., he offered us cold water which was much appreciated after much walking in the sweltering heat and provided good advice. Highly recommended if you visit Siem Reap.

We picked up a deal for 5 nights accommodation which made the price very reasonable. The hotel is located on its own lush oasis and is beatufully appointed with everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The staff are very friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble for them. The only down side, and it is a minor one, is that is located about a 5 minute tuk tuk ride from the centre of town. The prices for food and drink are a bit more expensive than in town, but thats the price you pay for staying in luxury. Throughly recommend with the deal.

Room Tip: There all good.

5 star service, very helpful staff, great facilities, beautiful rooms. A nice breakfast is included. There is a nightly band in the foyer area for entertainment. Only caveat is that its standard price is expensive. Get it on sale or with a tour bundle and its fantastic value. Also, sporting facilities (golf, tennis) incur an additional surcharge, so does massage services, which is not unexpected. A 15min foot massage was free for us. It is a 10minute tuk tuk ride to the city centre or to Angkor Wat. There is also a free hourly shuttle bus to and from the city centre.

We were overwhelmed by the service! On arrival to Siem Reap our hotel transfer officer found us swiftly and took us into an air conditioned van with wi-fi. He immediately gave us cold scented towels to put on our necks. Once we got to the hotel about three people rushed over and took our bags, sat us down and did the check in at the desk for us. Another staff member put scarves around us. I was almost embarrassed at the celebrity treatment. The resort is magnificent. When we got to our room we very impressed with how large and nice it was. Yet another person came in with a bowl of mangoes for us- and they replaced the bowl with fresh fruit everyday.

We got a free foot massage with our deal which was heavenly. The hotel facilities also included a large pool with a swim up bar. The food and alcohol was well priced. Room service was impeccable. They serviced our room twice in the one day.

We were having trouble trying to organise a bus to the Phnom Penh- the hotel staff arranged it swiftly for us.

The Buffet Breakfast was excellent and had a large selection.

Our only negative experience was the mosquitos in our room at night. I'm not sure where they come from but on one of the nights we got eaten alive. Goes to show that even a 5 star resort can't guarantee a perfect night's sleep. But we didn't address this to the staff which probably would have done their best to fix it.

Very impressed with out stay here!

We were to arrive at this wonderful place this week, but had to cancel our trip at the last minute due to the death of a parent. Not only did we not incur a cancelation fee. They allowed us to defer our accommodation deal. When we emailed that we wanted an additional room for our next booking. They advised that we could have the same discount price for the additional booking. Brilliant and we have not even got there yet.

The hotel is stylish and well-run, the staff was very helpful, the gardens are beautiful, the pool is immense and very enjoyable, the breakfast was sumptuous, and the shuttle bus to town was handy. I could see going back just for a restful vacation there.
