We stayed 2 nights only to see Angkor. Paid 17 USD for a room. When we got showed to our room we were disappointed that the room was small and without windows. The windows in the room only led to a common area with sofas and TV. Such a weird first thought of us, actually the whole room was ours haha. So actually we had a big living room with sofa, TV and desk (and kettle, drinking water, tea and coffee) plus a bedroom with attached bathroom. We didn't need that big but always nice of course. And there was a small balcony.
The interior is a bit run down which can be expected for this price. There is AC+ fan in both rooms. Bathroom is the usual Asian wetroom with shower in the middle of the room making it wet everywhere but hot water works fine. Comfortable bed.
Service is good and breakfast is included. Breakfast starts at 6.30 which is good if you want to get away to Angkor early. Although both mornings the breakfast took ages to prepare, I guess only one person working in the kitchen. So if you have a schedule, make sure to be down at the breakfast 45 minutes or so before leaving.
Wi fi worked fine. Location is a 15 minute walk to Pub street, but nearby there are minimarts, restaurants and spas as well.
