I travelled by myself to Siem Reap and stayed in the Monoreach following the suggestion of the agent.
Hotel room comfortable and very clean, all facilities such as swimming pool, fitness and spa, nice traditional breakfast wih a reasonable omelette station, and the fare was decent (about 50 dollars a night).
Wifi in the rooms is subject to an additional charge (about USD5,00 a day) and is excellent!
Staff was not trained to guide tourists on the activities and practical aspects, and very few spoke sufficient English to communicate with tourists.
Location: the hotel is fairly close to the airport, old market and temples, but not on a walking distance from anywhere.
No personality: it could be a hotel in any city in the world, you don't feel in Cambodia (which is probably the purpose of the hotel and I was the one who didn't communicate the agency that I wanted a more characteristic lodging).
All in all a nice hotel for families, but I wouldn't recommend it to people travelling by themselves.
