Hotel is located close to airport, close to pub street (40min lazy walking or 1$ tuk-tuk) far enough form main streets and allocated within beautiful green garden (I have stayed not in main building but located separately). It provides you really friendly and customer oriented service - starting from warm welcome, helping with accommodation, advices for planned routs, organizing information in internet and (if you would like to) arranging whole trip. Hotel management staff all the time tried to understand your demands and give you satisfied solutions.

Breakfasts are well prepared with dishes variety much bigger that in other comparable hotels. Swimming pool is a nice solution for resting after whole day temples’ visiting. Hotel massage is also a good choice (price is equal to “street ones” and quality is ensured – during 4 days I have spent there 3 evenings…).

I would recommend also hotel meal service – soups are delicious, other (not so sophisticated dishes like fish+sticks) are also a reasonable choice.

This was perfect place to stay and relax after energy consuming day and before preparation for night part of the journey.

One thing – if you don’t like big (really!) pillars you should ask in reception for smaller one ;-) Otherwise sleeping can be a little bit difficult…

Room Tip: I had one on base floor in the second building close to the garden. That was ok, not so modern but r...

This hotel has plenty of space, tropical gardens, a good size swimming pool, good air conditioners, lovely buffet breakfast, channel tvs. The hotel staff are keen to make sure you have a good time. The food on the menu is lovely, try the curry its not hot, but very tasty. Its just a perfect place to relax while you explore this country. Contact the hotel direct, it is much cheaper than booking through an agency.

Room Tip: There are very few lifts in Cambodia, so consider how fit you are as to what level you want your roo...

We stayed in the MotherHome Boutique hotel in February 2014 for 2 nights. Communication before our arrival was perfect, they responded very quickly to emails. The hotel also provided a free pickup from the airport. This was excellent. We got picked up by a tuktuk, which was a nice first experience. The hotel is only a short drive from the airport. with Mr Sim, our tuktuk driver we arranged a day tour to visit the archeological park the next day. He was great, always on time and waiting for us at every location. We were very happy with him! We originally booked the MotherHome inn, but we were lucky to be upgrated to the Boutique hotel. The room was nice, big and very clean. The bathroom was basic and the room had a seperate toilet, which was nice. The air conditioning worked well. The breakfast buffet was ok. The pool was perfect. The second day we had an evening flight, unfortunately we were not able to get a late check out, but the pool area was nice to relax. We could shower there and change our clothes. We also had a massage and this was absolutely perfect, the best we had during our total trip of 1 month. On the first day I requested the options for a ballon flight. I was very enthusiastic about this, but the weather was not that well, so we decided not to go for it since it is a lot of money. I did feel that the guy at the recepetion was a little bit to pushy with selling the tour. To get to the tourist street from the hotel, you do need a tuktuk. Walking is in my opinion to far. This however costs just $ 2 or so. We had diner the first night and lunch the last day at the hotel, both meals were very good quality. I can highly recommend staying here.

Everything about the hotel is excellent. An extremely friendly and professional staff. Comfortable room with all mod cons. Located a couple of hundred metres from happening part of beautiful Siem Reap yet very quiet. Good tuk tuk drivers provided for tours by receptionist made a booking for us..

We would recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys 5 Star service at 2 Star prices. Definitely the best value we have experienced.

We had great time here on my holiday,we have booked for 4 night in room 108. The price including breakfast daily, bike for use anytime in town, swimming pool and espcially free 90minute oil massage very amazing on hotel promotion.
Airport pick up was great by Mr Savong tutu driver who took us to the hotel. Immediately greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed. The pool in the hotel is refreshing, the room very quaint and nice clean.
The staff are really supurb. You can get cold towel when you arrive hotel at everytime.
I'd recommend this hotel to anyone and would happily stay here again. I like Mr Makara who help us carry our bag to the room.

We originally booked a room at Motherhome Guesthouse, as it's reviews are so outstanding, but upon arriving at the Guesthouse we were told that they were undergoing renovations and asked if we would mind being upgraded to stay at their boutique hotel for the same price - bonus!

We loved our stay at Motherhome boutique. The service, rooms, and location (tucked away on a side street not too far from Pub Street) were outstanding. The airconditioning was ice cold, which was such a treat to arrive home to after a full day trekking through the humid temples at 40+ degrees celsius. The pool was also great to cool off in.

Nothing was too much for the staff, who helped us out with all kinds of issues during our one week stay. I felt kinda guilty getting such five star service on such a tiny budget.

My only complaint is that the bath tended to start filling up and took forever to empty when you were having a shower. I felt a little funky standing in my own filth. But this might have been an issue isolated to our room anyway.

If you're staying here, be sure to carry one of their business cards with you, as occasionally tuk tuk drivers have trouble finding it due to it being tucked away.
