“Amazing, all part of the Main Temple Circuit”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 August 2014 via mobile

Wicked, awesome ruins. Felt very privileged to be there and loads of photography moments. Truly awesome sights.
After 3 day pass of the temple complex, it was all incredible and enough if I might add wi out being temples out and the excessive heat and sweat loss from our bodies.....take loads of water! Be warned a cloth to mop your brow to!

“Worth seeing”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 August 2014

Much of this temple is in ruins, but the Hall of Dancers, with the deep relief motif, is a highlight. Other temples have more priority but if you have time, this is worth seeing.

“Absolutely stunning”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 July 2014

Preah Khan has been left largely unrestored, with numerous trees and other vegetation growing among the ruins. Loved the Guards by the entrance of Preah Khan :-)

“Beautiful Mess”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 July 2014

Will have you hushed, relaxed and contemplative if you're the type who likes discovering hidden gems, and lost treasures.

I'd love to go back there, sit down under one of the beautiful Teak trees and just soak in the magic of what has been, and what is left beautifully.

“Don't miss this temple - the only Angkor Temple built as a buddhist temple.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 July 2014

I loved Preah Khan - it was the only temple with a small historical museum-type exhibit at the entrance. There was a lot of information about the temple and the restoration. Truly beautiful, and I learned how it differed from the other Angkor temples that were built as Hindu temples.
Many people are desperate for work and will want to be your guide. Sometimes they'll start following you around and acting as your guide even if you didn't hire them, and then they want to be paid. Best to tell them you really don't want a guide if you don't. Otherwise settle on a price right away.
