LGBT friendly.
I've been invited by a friend and we spent a great moment watching their show sipping yummy muscato.
Nice and colorful place.

“Friendly, Cheerful and the most enthusiastic show performers you will see anywhere!”
Reviewed 8 July 2014

I was in Siem Reap with a group of friends for 3 nights in June of 2014. On the second night our guide recommended Tony's Station Wine Bar. Our guide described it as a gay bar but (although we fit the demographic) it is so much more.

Tony, the owner, is approachable (in fact he'll probably approach you) and very knowledgeable and friendly. He is proud of his place, as he should be.

The bar staff are also friendly, cheerful, very efficient and not above doing a little harmless flirting. They make you feel right at home and will cater for your needs in any way they can. (Don't read anything inappropriate into that comment - it's NOT "that" sort of bar!)

Then there's the show! I've seen gay / drag cabaret shows in New Zealand (blah!) Australia (meh!) and Bangkok (eyes out on stalks!!!) but the performers here outshone pretty much anything I have seen. The "girls" are gorgeous (one slight niggle is that they appear to be lip-synching in Khmer to Euro Pop Trash - but it all adds to the fun.) The boys have to be seen to be appreciated! There's plenty of flesh on display but absolutely nothing that their mothers' would be ashamed of. But their enthusiasm knows no bounds!

The show lasts 60 - 90 minutes and there is NO cover charge. It is professionally choreographed, brilliantly executed and delivered by wildly cheerful performers who obviously take pride in their work and equally obviously enjoy every second.

I went on two consecutive nights and would've gone for a third and possibly more but flights and schedules had to be followed. It changes every night as well, so you will never, ever find yourself bored!

No cover charge, inexpensive drinks (ridiculously cheap if you're on an Australian or similar income) friendly service and an amazing show, surrounded by friendly, attractive people. What's not to like? GO!!!!

“A very nice place where to spend an evening”
Reviewed 8 July 2014

Owned by very friendly and wine connoisseur Tony from Australia, The Station is a great place where to have drinks (big slelction of wines) and watch the transvestite show which they organize 3 or 4 times a week. The staff is very friendly and smiling. Food can be ordered from the nearby restaurants. Only complaint I have, we cannot smoke inside in the evening once they have switched on the a/c.
Overall, I really enjoy this place.

Hi Peter, Thank you for your review, as a wine lover I try to continually source new wines for our "By the Glass" list so look for our new list every 6 weeks. Sorry about our "smoking policy"

“It is now #1 of 479 bars”
Reviewed 25 June 2014

Since the Station Wine Bar was relisted as a bar instead of a bar/restaurant, they were chosen in March as #1. Although food can be ordered it comes from restaurants outside of the bar. Just returned from Siem Reap on 24 June after 12 days and the Wine Bar is still going strong. Shows are on Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sat and they are terrific (a bit loud though). The entertainers come from Roseann's where if you wish to pay $25 and up to see the full show, go ahead but, it's so much cheaper having a drink. The other nights are quiet as is the music. It is still the ONLY bar that I visit. Heard a RUMOR that Linga Bar is closing or changing hands at the end of July. Perhaps because of their high prices????

“Must see”
Reviewed 7 June 2014 via mobile

In SP. We went for the show and it was great; funny, moving and impressive. The owner is a very nice guy. The prices are standard. Unfortunately most of people left this place after the show. Service is very kind. They should only improve conditions in the restroom.
