Very elaborate residence that left me wondering why there are so many opulent palaces in a country filled with poor starving people with missing arms and legs left to beg????

This is maybe the smallest Royal Palace in the world. The architecture with some Khmer touch but european style building. The door entrance was quiet nice toward the Royal Garden in front of the Raffles Hotel

Not open to the public but close enough to the town centre to walk past if you are interested in architecture. No problems taking photographs - the guards seem to be too busy reading the paper!!
