Stayed at this property with my mom. We spent three nights here, and we enjoyed every minute of it!
We got a deluxe room that has a view of the pool. It was nice waking up with that view.
As for the saltwater pool and the surrounding area, it was a lovely place to go to after an entire day of exploring the Angkor Wat complex. And oh, if you want to relax after exploring that magnificent temple complex, do try their in-house spa. All of the staff that we talked to are attentive and friendly!

Lastly, if you're in the city to go to Angkor Wat, you can easily arrange a tuk tuk or private car from the reception area. Or if you're in the mood for shopping, the Pub Street, where the night market is, it is within walking distance from the hotel.

Arrived from night bus, dirty and tired, long before check in time, however after 10 minutes wait we were shown to our room, at no extra charge! The rooms were spacious and well furnished. We were able after showering to go for breakfast, which was of international standard.
The swimming pool was fantastic, a green oasis, in the middle of the city. The hotel was charming as were the staff, friendly and helpful

The Prince Dangkor is in a great location. The rooms were spacious and the pool is huge. The air conditioning was not working in our room and we were moved to another room quickly and with no fuss. The breakfast was good with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were very friendly and wanted to help but I feel they need some more guidance with regards to the speed of the service. The hotel was clean but perhaps the furnishings were a little dated, overall we were quite happy with our stay here.

Room Tip: Overlooking the pool would be the best location.

We spent 3 nights here. Our whole experience with the hotel was excellent. (1) Once we wanted help to arrange a tour guide and the usual guy wasn't there. The FO Manager (I think his title was) sat down with us for half an hour and helped us - great customer service. He could have just told us to wait half an hour until the normal guy came back. (2) Although English was just about enough to get by in most cases, as one should expect in Siem Reap, the staff were always willing brave to try. (3) I get sick of typical hotel rooms which, when your door is closed, feel like you could be anywhere in the world. Here the rooms have a nice character (which you can see from photos). (4) The location is about 20 minutes walk from the night market and the old town. It's about 2 minutes from this buffet restaurant that does a show every evening at 7:30pm (arrive at 6:30pm for food). It's also close to the Lucky Mall (I think it's called) which is, well, it's a mall/ shopping centre. (5) When we arrived we were given a 25% off coupon for the restaurant and a 20% off coupon for the massage place. Using the restaurant one we sat in the hotel restaurant and had a good meal for the price of a good restaurant outside. Normally one expects the hotel to be much more expensive. (Bad 1) The breakfast is a bit hectic. The food wasn't that good but the worst part is the bad manners of the other guests. Tourists, which were mostly Asian, often weren't polite - unlike my experiences in Europe. We had people shamelessly push in front and ignore us as if they didn't see us (which is just they way it happens). Another youngish Asian lady ran onto a seat that we were also waiting near with no attempt to communicate, then she laughed looking at her friend. I suppose if this behaviour is extended to the staff it just makes their good performance even more impressive.

At first sight it looked good. Then we ate at the restaurant. Table cloths and napkins were soiled. Food was ok, staff were willing but really lacked knowledge of the right way to do things, very polite and friendly just lacking direction. The kingsize bed was the worst bed l have ever slept on, hard as a rock and very old l think, the pillows were no better. The linen was very grey and unclean looking. The room itself was nice and spacious but just missed the mark. This place could be great. They need someone to show them how it should be done correctly. It was a shame they just didn't quite get it!

This is supposed to be a local 4 star hotel but it feels like a low 3 star instead. Most of the furnitures and fixtures looked old and worn and screaming for maintenance! The toilets are so worn that some of the tiles (on the floor) have eroded and mildew/ algae. Besides, there are mozzies in the room and made staying in the room even more uncomfortable.
Although, we were supposed to have free Wifi in our rooms but the connection in our room were so bad that its as good as none. We only managed to get Wifi access in the public areas but I do hear that some of the rooms were able to get a good connection. One has to be lucky to get a room with a good connection then.
Also, beware if you intend to shop at the scarves shop (next to the spa). I was told by my friend that she has to bargain for lower price and they charges exorbitantly.
On the hindsight, the staffs are really friendly and helpful in meeting our needs and expectations and sort of made up the lack of rooms quality.
Additionally, the other plus is the wonderful location of the hotel; the conveniences store is just opposite , numerous massage joints in the area and 10 minutes to the night markets.
Stay here if you aren't too fussy about rooms quality.

Room Tip: Stay in a ground floor unit with direct access to the pool.

Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Little bit grubby in the rooms. Location was good with plenty of cafes / restaurants and shops nearby. Free wifi but only worked in the lobby. Also 2 computers for use by the clients, free of charge, except you might, as we did, get some annoying idiot sat at the side of you, complaining that it was 'their turn'.

Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Lovely place with very spacious rooms.
