We stayed here for six nights. The staff were friendly and welcoming and buffet breakfast was great. The piano player and singer were fantastic. Loved the traditional look of the hotel. Only was disappointed in the bed.....It was so hard, otherwise all would be good.

Room Tip: Our floor was good

I stayed at Prince D'Angkor hotel for 3 days after finishing my business trip in Siem Reap in March 2014. The staff were very helpful and I had no problems with my booking or checking in. Ratana, the Online Sales Ecommerce was extremely helpful and ensured that our stay was comfortable and that everything was running smoothly. The rooms were lovely as well - the bed was so comfortable and the pillows were fantastic! The bathroom was fabulous and I had no issues with the water temperature or shower pressure. Overall, I had a fantastic time in this hotel and I am so grateful for all the wonderful staff (especially Ratana, thank you!!) and the lovely service they provided. Thank you for making my stay so memorable!!!!

My cousin and I arrived late at night into Siem Reap to find the hotel we had booked had overbooked and had no room for us after an 18 hour journey to get here. It was the busy New Year period and it seemed almost impossible to find an available hotel to suit our needs. Our wonderful Tuk Tuk driver drove around Siem Reap until we found the Prince. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. We were given an excellent rate of $80.00 per night for a standard twin room on the third floor. We had a room which overlooked the pool which was an extra treat. Nighttime entertainment in the bar area was well appointed after walking around Pub Street and the night markets. The pool area was lovely with outside bar service and plenty of day beds to lounge around if needed. The spa at this hotel was exceptional and highly recommended. The only suggestion to the hotel management would be to vary the breakfast menu. After an eight day stay, the options did not change and although this hotel is probably used for shorter stays, we did find the menu a little monotonous. That said, everything else was perfect.

I stayed at this hotel in March 2014. It is in a convenient location, staff is professional and courteous and the restaurant has good food with a nice selection of Asian and Western foods. The spa was disappointing, prices were high and staff were not well trained. I visited twice thinking perhaps the first time I just had someone inexperienced but had a similar issue on both visits. Neither of the staff at the spa were able to properly provide the massage I booked.

The hotel offered very good value for money for the three nights spent there, starting with an excellent lobby in colonial style with nice lighting, welcome drinks were offered; good, comfortable room/ The breakfast was ok (with freshly-made omelette). Good, big fitness. The hotel offers especially a very long, perfectly warm and well-maintained pool in the inner yard surrounded by palm trees, which offer excellent relaxation possibilities after the long visiting days in the Angkor temples; internet access also available at the pool. Reception staff very kind and professional, always welcoming and accommodating our requests quickly with a smile. Highly recommended by us, two demanding customers. In the hotel front yard and just outside there are good tuk-tuks which take you quickly to the center.

We recently have stayed three nights at this hotel and it has positive and negative aspects. It's location is good, in the middle of the town and despite of that, quiet. The lobby is very nice, very colonial. Our check in was ok, they offered a cool drink but no cold towel. We had a spacey standard room, which was ok, no welcome fruit basket though, and two very small complimentary bottles of water. The bed was very hard, the pillows as well, it was clean though, something that could not be said about the very dated and dark bathroom. Not dark enough to hide the mould between the bathroom tiles though. Toiletries adequate but no body lotion. The towels were rather thin. There is a happy hour, but only for beer and soft drinks! The drinks were nice though and not expensive. We went for dinner and it was ok, nothing to rave about though, a pity the tablecloths were stained. The breakfast was disappointing. Just enough choice of Asian and continental food, but very dried out pancakes and French toast. The eggs and omelettes prefried and dried out as well, and we got a dirty look when we asked for fresh ones.
The noodle soup was nice though, although not as many sauces and compliments you could add. And everything a bit messy overall. The waiters just did not seem to keep it tidy as if they did not care.
The pool was very nice and relaxing, but it would be nice to have thicker towels.
We had good wifi, the room was in the front, jus above the entrance.
Overall this hotel has the potential to be a lovely hotel if the bathrooms are renovated, and the breakfast improved.
