Nice, big, very clean rooms and very good service from the staff and management. We requested to use the sauna while most of the other guests were out visiting the temples. Since the sauna is separated for male and female and since there were 3 of us (with wife and daughter), they arranged for us to privately occupy one of the room with wet and dry sauna. Also our departure flight was very late in the evening they allowed us very late check out time. I think it was 4-5 pm! Impressive.

I have a good trip in Siem Reap. Was pick up by the hotel which is less than 10 minutes from the airport. Enjoyed my hotel experience as it was about 40 degree in the city. With the free shuttle to where the bars and restaurant are located which are less than 15 minutes away it was away from the buzz yet easily accessible.

Massive pool area!! Definitely enjoyed this area and I loved the fact they at times use it for swimming lessons for kids although I was hoping it was poorer locals rather than wealthy ex-pats but hey it's a massive area and it should be used!
The rooms are old but we were comfortable enough, would have been nice to be able to leave aircon on and come back to a cool room but the chipped access card prevents this. Room service and pool food is cheap and nice enough.
Breakfast had all the usual stuff but somehow missed the mark, I can't even say what specifically but might be worth the manager going to another hotel to see how they can raise the bar in this area.
Counter staff were always delightful smiling happy and very kind! They are doing their jobs well!!
The hotel runs a shuttle service which I think would benefit abit more promotion for the guests perhaps with a printout to take to the room with the times and info.

Our most favourite part of the hotel is without doubt the tuktuk driver 'Cham nam' he works through the hotel and was the most delightful friendly safe driver! showing us around angkor national park we used him for two solid days and although his English isn't awesome we communicated well and his nature made us love cambodia that much more! He is a wonderful representation of your hotel!!
The only bad thing we could say is we both really disagree with managers eating in guest dining areas. each morning at breakfast the managers ate as though they were guests and when we had lunch so the restaurant nikko was also dining. Staff should not eat in the same area as clients, manager or not staff is staff and we felt it crosses the line and detracts the staffs attention away from the guests!
We would return as it was cheap so value for money and although not walking distance to town the shuttle service and cheap tuktuks mean it doesn't matter anyway.

This hotel was top class, both in terms of the facilities and the people. I fell sick upon arrival, and one of hotel staff members, Bopea Uch, was superb in getting me medical attention and taking care of me. The rooms were large, the food excellent, and the attention shown to patrons was fantastic. If time permits, the spa is wonderful. Would highly recommend this hotel!

From the moment we arrived we were treated as special guests. Decor throughout the hotel tasteful and interesting. Plenty of different lounge/ sitting areas all around. Room had patio with views to the huge pool. 2nd hourly free shuttles to town, otherwise$3 in tuk tuk. Dined at the restaurant on 2 nights and enjoyed both evenings, reasonable prices and excellent staff.
Had body scrub and massage in spa and enjoyed both. Buffet breakfast - good variety of foods.
Would definitely recommend to others as long as you're happy not to be right in town, but most of the good resort/hotels aren't in town anyway.

Room Tip: Request room with patio overlooking pool

I highly recommend this hotel and resort. From the time I walked in the door, I was treated like royalty. The service was impeccable as well as the food, accommodations, and amenities. The staff remembered my name (a lost art form), worked hard to please me, and helped me strategize the logistics of my visit in Cambodia.

The food was well prepared. The manager (Konstanitino Theodorou) came out to greet me during my stay…again a lost touch of class in the service industry. The hotel was clean, well decorated, and centrally located for reaching either the airport or other points of interest in Siem Reap. You can believe the pictures of the hotel as it has ambience inside and curb appeal outside.

As a U.S. citizen, this hotel has set a benchmark for other establishments to reach back home.

My friend and I stayed at Royal Angkor for 3 nights recently and we had an enjoyable time.

The hotel is tastefully decorated and has a big nice pool. The room is also spacious and comfortable.

The hotel's breakfast offers sufficient variety to satisfy our stomach for 3 morning, from made-to
-order noodles and eggs station to the bread station. We also enjoyed being serenade by the therapeutic sound of Roneat Ek while having breakfast.

The staff and general manager were smiling all the time and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our trip (in particular Ms Dany, Mr Mun and Mr Tino). The hotel staff, managed to help us engage a reliable and helpful driver despite it being a last minute request.

The spa and massage service was great too. I was whisked away to the land of zen as the kois swim leisurely around the lotus pond while having the complimentary accupoint shoulder massage.

The only downside was the distance from city center, but the hotel compensated it by having hourly shuttle service (about 15 minutes away) to and fro from the city center and for those who missed the shuttle service, the tutu cost only USD4 .

Overall, it is a good getaway from the busy city life.
