This Hotel was just simply the best we have stay in, great room, great staff, great breakfast ,the best swimming pool, good location . The tours they have are good value for money, and the tuk tuk drives are friendly, wonderful stay.

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights while in siem reap..first impression is good, the hotel is located down a very bumpy dirt road but its safe and only about 5 mins ($1-$2 by tuktuk) from the famous pub street.

The place itself looks great nice pool out front very clean. The rooms were big, nice bed, good air con and tv (finally some english chanels) cleaned daily. The staff are very helpful and attentive...but almost a little too much. Breakfast is very awkward (great food) but they take your order and stand next to your table and watch you like a hawke the whole time..made us a little uncomfortable. Also their english is quite poor and 3 out of the 4 days our order was wrong

Be careful with the tuktuk drivers...some were nice and honest...some were not. never go where they suggest because there is always something in it for them...know where you want to go before you get in. U can usually hire a driver for the day for $10-$15.

Apart from that it was a nice place and i would go back again. Thanks to the staff. maybe give people a little space when they have breakfast ;)

Great hotel! The room was nice, big, and well decorated. Nice hot shower, wifi good, and really good breakfast. They even gave us a packed breakfast when we went out to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat, even though the kitchen wasn't open yet. The pool was really nice. Probably the cleanest best temperature hotel pool I've ever been in. Finally, don't forget to ask for the Tuk Tuk driver Thi (pronounced like tea). He is nice, honest, and really hard working.

My fiance and I stayed here for four nights in March 2014. We loved it. Extremely clean room and bathroom. We did not notice any smells at all that a previous reviewer had mentioned. Might depend on the water level? The pool was one of the cleanest I've ever seen. Five feet deep at the most. Really nice to go for a dip after a hot day of touring temples.

The hotel arranged for a tuktuk driver to pick us up free of charge from the airport, which turned out to be handy because the hotel is hard to find the first time! The driver who picked us up was probably the same Singpy that another reviewer mentioned below; however, we did not have a good experience with him. He charged us $7 to take us to the museum in the afternoon, which we later realized was overpriced considering how close it was! He also wasted our time and took us to a travel agency to buy our museum tickets, claiming that it would be confusing to navigate the ticket line at the museum. Total crap. Ended up doubling back when we refused to go through a travel agent. And guess what - the museum didn't have a line at all. The hotel receptionists weren't happy when we told them.

We asked for a new driver for the next day, and the hotel found us Thy (pronounced like the drink tea). He was awesome. He always arrived early to pick us up, and had an endless supply of water and wet towelettes and face masks to offer us. He would also buy things for us while we stayed in the tuk tuk, like water and candy bars, so we wouldn't have to pay the foreigner price. He even offered to hike with us up to see the Thousand Lingas, which was very helpful because there were a few places where the trail would branch out. He led us along the correct trail so that we could maximize efficiency instead of going around in circles. Great driver.

The hotel even arranged a couple of Tupper ware boxes with a continental breakfast to take along for the sunrise at Angkor Wat. The staff was always very helpful and patient with us, as we kept hemming and hawing over which tour to book. Also loved that they had a hair dryer, which isn't that common in SE Asia, as well as a safe with a turnkey. I like having a key instead of a pin code, so that it's easier to lock up! Eggs made to order at breakfast, along with either noodles or rice if you fancy an Asian breakfast.

Laundry service is $2 per kilo. Bike rentals are $1 per day. Such a nice modern and clean hotel. The beds are not too hard or too soft. Would stay here again!

I stayed here 4 days while on my honeymoon. The room was very nice and the pool was inviting. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. What set this hotel apart from others in Siem Reap was on our third night there there was a major black out in the city and the entire city went dark. not 10 minutes after the black out began a gas generator was started by hotel staff and the property lit up again. An inspection on the roof revealed that we were the only structure with power as far as the eye could see. A+ for preparedness!
The hotel sits at the end of a lonely dirt road a short walk from Pub street. The "street" looks a little dodgy but was completely safe to walk along day or night. The room was very comfortable with a well working AC and cable TV. The bathroom is large with a nice shower and separate bath. We lost hot water only one day but the weather was hot enough that it did not matter. There was a slight smell from the toilet that would persist during the day but it is Southeast Asia and most toilets tend to make their presence known. A little incense goes a long way! In general, any little problem we had was easily resolved. I am happy to recommend this hotel to weary travelers and I will definitely stay here on my return to Siem Reap.

Stayed for 6 nights on our first trip to cambodia. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The staff were extremely helpful and smiling. We had a really good tuk tuk driver sengpy(?) Who drove us everywhere for all 6 days. Reasonably priced.

The hotel is a little hard to find as it is new and down a dirt road but don't let that put you off. Great free breakfast, fast free wifi, a saltwater pool thats shady at about 4pm... can't wait to go back.

The cleaning staff are great as well, rooms are made up at about 11am each day with fresh towels, rubbish removed, beds made.

Location and safety were both great too. Walkable to night markets, pub street, central market or 2USD by tuk tuk.
